Wife here: I went from a “make your custom bowl” person to finally trying something new which has turned out to be my absolute favourite - the spicy lemongrass soup. 10/10, would highly recommend. It’s so hearty and still light, perfect after a long day or to cozy up with as the cold weather comes in. The ladies here in SSM pack all my extra toppings in and it always comes out amazing. Sometimes I get an extra order of it to have either later in the night or the next day it’s THAT good. I don’t think I’ll ever grow tired of it but at least I know that trying something new here has already been a great experience. THANK YOU!

My friend and I went in to Freshii today for lunch, it was super busy inside and there was only one employee working. I didn’t catch her name, but she was super friendly with blonde hair. She handled all the orders at cash and making all the food on her own. I was beyond impressed with her ability to juggle it all and still be friendly and warm to all the customers inside. She deserves high praise!!

I like this place when they get things right, but unfortunately service quality is all over the place. Got my orders mixed up a fee times. Today I got something similar to what I ordered but not quite what I wanted and NO DRESSING AT ALL. Practically impossible to eat without dressing!. I ordered the same most times so its preset. Sometimes arrives ok, sometimes it doesn’t. Hit and miss. I wish there was more consistency in a good way. Also noticed they skimp on chicken. Please look into this inconsistencies. You could have a good product if done right.

I come to the Soo for work, sometimes a few weeks at a time and I have to thank this particular freshii location for consistently providing healthy and delicious food
Nice atmosphere, very clean restaurant and service was incredible!! Server was very helpful, pleasant and had great customer service!! Unfortunately the bowl was not that good, I order the Teriyaki Twist bowl. I will say the veggies were fresh but the chicken tasted like plastic and was horrible. If we had dinned in I would have definitely brought it back up, but I took this back to work. Unfortunately the whole meal went in the garbage, it tasted that bad! Sad because that's not my typical experience here.

They you should have where nice portion of bowls but know since I have ordered 3-4 times on delivery or pick up my bowl always have 1-2 things missing and the are just under portioning and filling it up with rice and reducing the amount of veggies.

I had the cob salad with chicken. The tomato wasn't the best. I pushed it to the side. Tomato, don't go in the frig for that reason. The server was very nice, and I sat inside. It was very quiet.
