We’ve eaten here many times. Very friendly staff. Kayla this evening was great. However, my one complaint if I may make one is the taco salad isn’t a taco salad. My fault for not reading the description very well. But it was kind of a ranch salad w a clump of cheese not broken apart, 2-3 tomatoes, a grilled chicken breast that I had to cut up some more and in a fried shell. Very much looked like a Caesar salad. Tasted like a ranch salad. I had a bite of my son’s taco pizza and oh my, the flavours were sublime! Taco forward! Next time, I’ll get that. :)

Server was super friendly. Breakfast was not good all around: Benedict sauce was subpar, pancake wasn't cooked thoroughly and fruit cup was all melon unfortunately. And it came to $80 for 2 breakfast! I don’t think I would be back and would recommend Gino’s in the west end for a proper breakfast!

The food was ok, the bread for the pasta was just a plain piece of bread.. was hoping for garlic bread or toasted. The pizza my kids enjoyed but the French onion soup was a bit plain, I could have made a better bowl at home. The waitress was hard to flag down when we needed a new drink, but overall the experience was ok.

Food was blah. ... service was awful Really don't understand the hype and popularity of this place. If you are looking to spend a good amount of money on a meh meal then go ahead.

We had dinner at Gino's and the alfredo pasta and beef dip sandwich was amazing. Sabrina was also excellent and assisted us well with our orders. We'll definitely be back.

Overall not bad

Ordered delivery so can't comment on service or atmosphere. The Hot Honey Chicken pizza was DELICIOUS. Gonna be craving that for years to come I'm sure. The bacon carbonara was also very tasty, however it barely had any bacon in it, and what there was was soggy. From the description I was expecting maybe a handful of crispy bits on top, I think that would elevate it a lot. Overall very happy and look forward to trying more from their menu.

Love the food here as they have the most amazing Big Dill GF pizza! The super sucky part is they usually don’t have enough staff. Our waitress works hard and had the whole half side of the restaurant but with this being said we obviously have to wait a long time to order and even to get our bill and leave. My partner and I met here on a work lunch break and he had to leave before me as he had to get back to work and I had to stay behind because I couldn’t flag down the waitress to pay. I don’t blame the waitress but bummed by management to not help when busy, hire more staff, or have better staffing. Even the lady who seats people should help the waitress out but she doesn’t. The poor waitress is running her butt off with no additional help. Super frustrating and makes it hard to keep coming here if I didn’t enjoy the pizza. Please hire more people or at least help when it’s busy.

We went for dinner last week at Gino's Fired up and it was great. Our server Sabrina was super friendly/welcoming and recommended some yummy appetizers. Our drinks were delicious as well. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to have a date night.

The food was fantastic and we had a great experience overall. A special thanks to our server Kayla, who was very friendly, attentive, and introduced the menu to us very well. Her service was excellent.

However, we had an issue with one of the mocktails as the taste was not what we had experienced before. Kayla handled it professionally and informed her service manager. Unfortunately, when the manager Raavi came to the table, he was quite rude and unprofessional and simply said that if we didn’t like the drink we still had to pay for it. The situation could have been handled much more politely.

Great food and great service from Kayla, but the manager’s response was disappointing.
