Nice service must visit

Order from here very frequently. I live in the far east and so it’s a little bit out of the way. Absolutely amazing every time. Ordered take out this evening and drove my lazy ass up there and picked it up. Service was fantastic. This is the only place left in town that makes a decent calabrese pizza since North Street
Mini-Mart closed and Luigi left town, also the only place that knows what’s up with broasted chicken since Muio’s closed (RIP to these amazing businesses). My only complaint is that the boxes are heavy because there’s enough spuds to feed the entire neighborhood… not a bad problem to have but seriously, what am I supposed to do with all these damn spuds!?!?

Great staff and service. Special thanks to the manager! I called to have a few different trays of food delivered to family for uncle's passing a few weeks ago. The manager was so kind, helpful, and sympathetic. The food was delivered outside of their typical hours and at no charge due to the circumstances. Everyone enjoyed the food and the portions were generous. I ordered a tray of cabbage rolls, veg lasagna, and house salad. Thanks again!

Chicken cutlets, penne and lasagna roll. Entire family was sick .. including our 2 year old.. missed daycare and work the day after we ate. Date ordered was May 6 2025.

What a beautiful Mothers Day brunch yesterday! I’ve never seen anything like it - from the beautiful decorations, always delicious food and the variety of choices! Well done and Thankyou ♥️🙌♥️

We've had takeout from here before but this past saturdays pizza and chicken combo was bad. The chicken was black and very very greasy and the pizza was incredibly salty. Pretty disappointing.

Made a reservation at Grand Gardens North for Easter Brunch and received a confirmation. When we arrived my reservation card was given to an employee who roamed the hall & seemed confused as to where to seat us. My name was on a seating chart but he told us someone else was at our table. People coming in after us had their names called and pushed past us to get seated. We were left standing there confused and wondering why our table was given to someone else. We weren’t even asked to wait in a more comfortable area of the entrance while the error was sorted out. We were totally ignored.
The owner/event manager was at the door but couldn’t care less that we had no table and kept insisting he wasn’t perfect. I did not criticize him in any way other than asking why we weren’t being seated after I showed him our name on the chart. This left us with the impression that we were only 2 people, easy to ignore, and let’s get the large tables seated. An explanation and apology would have been more acceptable and would have made us feel like a valued customer.
After waiting 15 mins or so someone did go and get a table from elsewhere for us but by this point we decided to leave. The owner slapped my name tag on the table and said here we got you a table. Really, why were we inconvenienced, where were they going to put an extra table? There were already 300 people in the hall. Still no explanation as to why our table was given to someone else, or an apology. Now we would have to wait even longer for someone to set it up, find a tablecloth, place settings and decor, etc.You may have found us a table but there was no way I was paying for Easter Brunch after experiencing such unprofessional treatment.
When I informed the owner we were definitely leaving he again said I’m not perfect and as we were going out the door he loudly and condescendingly yells Happy Easter! How childish! If this is his treatment of two seniors he is in the wrong profession. I will never recommend Grand Gardens. I was not going to publicly write a review and chose to privately email the owner first. However, 7 days later and I have not received a response.

What a disorganized 2025 Easter brunch! People not being seated, people butting into food table line, people coming up all at once to get food, long line & so many waiting to eat. Different food table stations should have been set up to avoid congestion at just one table! Won’t go to another one! 😢

I just recently had my wedding here and had the most wonderful experience. Ken did an amazing job bringing our wedding vision to life and ensuring all the events of the day went on smoothly. The food was fantastic. We could not stop raving about the delicious food. In addition, the staff serving the meal and drinks were amazing. Our server, Brittany, really took care of us and our wedding party. She also helped to ensure speeches went on schedule too. Overall, amazing experience, food, service for a very reasonable price. We highly recommend Grand Gardens! I look forward to hiring them again for future events! :)
