I have been a regular customer at this Harvey’s location for over 2.5 years, and the service has always been excellent—until today. There was a huge line-up, and the employee with specs (seemed new) was extremely rude and completely unaware of his work. Despite the rush, he was incredibly slow and seemed unable to handle the situation.
When it was finally my turn, I ordered a grilled chicken burger, poutine, and two containers of jalapeños on the side. To my shock, he handed me three tiny pieces of jalapeños, saying it was their limit. I’ve never heard of this before and have never had such an issue at this branch.
This one employee’s behavior ruined not only my dinner but also my entire day. Highly unprofessional and unacceptable! I hope this feedback is taken seriously to maintain the usual high standards I’ve come to expect from this location.
Cook was not wearing gloves and handled buns and burgers. Fries sat in warmer for over 4 minutes and burgers sat there 3 minutes

I may be biased lol but this location has the friendliest staff I have EVER met in the fast food industry. Working with them feels like a massive privilege. Service 100/10, the food is BOMB AS HELL as always!!! Best Harvey's I have EVER had.
Vegetarian options: The gravy here is vegan!! There are also vegan options for the burgers!
Kid-friendliness: Super kid friendly, they even offer coloring pages :)
Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible!!

My first time visiting Harvey's in a long time and unfortunately will not be going back anytime soon. The service was less than friendly, almost as though they were annoyed there were customers. I ordered the new pickle poutine and it was good, nothing extraordinary but definitely nothing wrong with it. I also ordered an apple pie, it was in a grease soaked wrapper and was ice cold and terrible!! Very disappointed. I did order as take out or I would have returned it. I did not dine in but ordered in restaurant, as I left I noticed several dirty tables and garbage overflowing.
Delicious the staff was friendly. Place was clean and washrooms were also clean.

I'm not sure if they were shorthanded but I have found things hitbir miss alot here. This time was a definate miss which was thoroughly disappointing. Not sure how mustard, mayo and pickles turns into ketchup and mustard and lots of both.

The food was ok . They made the order wrong first. Even when i was telling different toping the employee was adding different ones. However, the employee fixed the order at the end. The washroom is very cleen though . If your english is not fluent or you ordered slowly , they mnmess your order.
