Worst place ever to purchase food.the front desk staff taking order was very nice. The food had no taste. The meat was less for the price. We travel across 4 provinces and we purchase chinese food along the way. We wanted to dine because we didn't want to eat in our car. The waiter understand this but the owner of this business did not make any exception to our circumstances. We would have cleaned up. The other chinese we visited was very considerate.

One of the worst places for so called Chinese food,.I say cause usually it's something I enjoy, but this place,.The Chicken balls are from frozen that's why they're not good,.they are dry amd tough, sometimes hard..Some places still make their own balls from scratch that's the difference,.I seen on the kitchen once they put the balls out into bins for the day, so no wonder,.The other food greasy..Go elsewhere..

Hong Kong has been the go to restaurant for our family for decades! My husband remembers going often with his family at age 7! The food is excellent and in our opinion the best Chinese food in town! Yesterday we had take out and it was the same as ever, no disappointments! The service was great and very accommodating with a food allergy request! We do very much miss the dine-in experience and hope they will be able to reopen the dining room soon! The wanton soup tastes better with Chinese ceramic spoons ??
Dietary restrictions: Although, there were a few options for gluten-free diet, it would be even better if there was a gluten free gravy sauce option so more dishes could be possible for the customer.

me and family were staying for a night in Sault Ste Marie on the way back to Thunder Bay and we were looking for a dinner option. Worst chinese food ever! The greens mixed with the noodles were really bad and I would suggest adding beef into the mixture as that might make it taste better. The egg rolls also did not taste chinese at all and tasted kind of like India food because it was spicy and tasted like curry. The rice and chicken balls were ok though and service was friendly. Look elsewhere for a chinese food restaurant!

I use to love this place. But it seems to be going downhill. We received chicken Chow Mein, when we ordered Chicken chop Suey. Some of the chicken balls were soggy, the egg rolls were very spicy. To the point where some of the people couldn't eat them. The mixed veggies are so slimy now. Very disappointed especially for the price paid. Also didn't like that you have to wait for them to call you when it's ready...

it took 1 1/2 hrs i went in to order and waited in parking lot about 6 customers showed up in that time when i got home vegies were under cooked egg rolls were over cooked to almost black inside was 1/2 full of stuff with lots of black pepper the chop suey want the best but eatable the sweet sour sauce was luke warm not hot this was a costly lesson im not going back this place has gotten worse in the last 2 yrs if owners operators are tired of cooking business its time to sell to some that cares about there business time to move on or retire
