I was back in the Sault visiting family recently and I was brought to Low & Slow for a drink and a meal. I was pleasantly surprised at the amazing customer service I instantly received from the wonderful lady behind the counter. Billie was so welcoming. Her conversation was informative about what Low & Slow offered and she had amazing suggestions that I happily agreed with. Front End staff are under appreciated these days so I want to do a big shout out to the hiring of this wonderful human! Thanks Billie for making my experience wonderful. The food was delicious and the xxx sauce was amazing. The owner came out and greeted us while sharing some details about where there art came from and some back story on the making and growth of Low & Slow. I will recommend highly and I'll be back next time I'm in tow!

This restaurant IS still in business. They just are not open on Sundays & Mondays and sometimes they aren't open for lunch. Just call first and you'll be fine. We had Mac & Cheese with sausage. It was tasty & light; not so heavy with cheese that you need to add pepper to make it edible. It was a nice cheese sauce. Extra bacon is in crumbles, rather than strips. The brisket sandwich had crumbled, not sliced meat. But it was tasty & easy to eat. The fries were excellent! They were out of the bacon brittle ice cream. The cheesecake was nothing to write home about. The prices were right for what we got. I think a few corrections will elevate this storefront restaurant to the next level.

impressed with the owner's response. I've been ordering from here for several years, had one bad experience but the owner gave me a full refund....so I will be back for more! thank-you.

Sad to say but in spite of yelp listing this business, when I arrived everything was closed down and it looks not to be open at all anymore.

Had take out from here starting a year ago Food started out perfect then started going downhill. Last night was the final straw Baked besns better beans out of a can from the grocery store and a few dollars cheaper Pulled pork had no sauce and a table spoon.of slaw The philly cheesesteak did not taste right so after a couple of bites the dog enjoyed but I was up with massive heart burn all night Both meals came with way too many flavourless fries Felt so ripped off Guess the owners have lost their pride in preparing food the location is for sale they must want to get out while they can still walk awsy with a few pennies in their pocket Too bad another local restaurant that stopped carrying about their customers

Was one of the restaurants we wanted to eat at after seeing on You got to Eat here. I had pull pork sandwich with fries and my husband had the bbq chicken leg, macaroni and a huge coleslaw. It was excellent .

I have been going here since they opened almost 6 years ago, and I have always loved the food. This was my first time eating since they moved to Queen St., and I was extremely disappointed. I called for pick up, when I got there, I received the wrong order so I went back to get the right one. All the food was cold because it was left out, My Bbq chicken was full of bones and fat (barely chicken), the shrimp tacos were super fishy tasting which was never an issue before (they were my favourite in the past), and the fries were not seasoned at all. This is the second time this has happened when ordering takeout. We definitely will not be ordering from here again, I hope they go back to the quality they had before.

Came when they opened the patio on the first day. Had a beef brisket sandwich and pulled pork sandwich. Both were delicious!

my wife was out of town and cooking one is no fun so I thought why don't I try burnt end poutine at low and slow. It was good but I would ask them to mix it rather than Han have the curds and fries separate next time.

Best place to go for bbq meats. Service and cozy little place makes you feel right at home. Definitely come in with a big appetite because the platters are huge.

Oh. My. Gosh. My husband has been wanting to try Low & Slow for a while now and it was just never open when we were in town. We had hockey on the U.S. side and then stopped in for dinner. The portions are HUGE. I think our favorite was the poutine. We love poutine and it's just not something you can find (really well made) in the U.S. the pork was delicious and moist. We each ordered and platter with Mac & Cheese on the side and we had SO much leftovers. We will definitely be back!
