This was one of the most unacceptable dining experiences I’ve ever had. We were seated and then completely ignored for over 30 minutes—not even offered water, let alone given a chance to place an order. Meanwhile, two other tables who arrived after us were greeted, served, and taken care of without delay.
The only obvious difference? We were the only Indian table in the area.
There’s no excuse for this kind of treatment—especially when the restaurant wasn’t even busy. It felt blatantly discriminatory, and it was incredibly disheartening to experience.
After waiting a total of 40 minutes with no acknowledgment whatsoever, we walked out—still without a single word from any staff member.
If this place values certain customers over others based on appearance or background, they should be held accountable. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone who believes in basic respect and equal treatment.

Meanwhile, the server gave drinks to two nearby tables who arrived after us, and one of them even received their food. The server looked at us several times but didn’t bother to approach or say a word. We felt completely ignored and ended up leaving without ordering. It was frustrating and unprofessional, and we won’t be returning.

The pull apart bread appetizer was ok, not too much garlic flavor. The chicken wrap was good and the pulled pork sandwich with fries is very good. Good selection of draft beer.

I've been here twice, giving it another chance thinking my first time might have been an off night for them. NOPE! On my second visit I was served a warmed-over beef rib...it was absolutely ridiculous. The waitress was nice enough but obviously frustrated and overwhelmed by being the only waitress working. So, we just left. I would never recommend this place.
Food was great tasting and good value. Tara waited on us and is a real gem

I have been staying in the sault for the last 10 weeks for work. Have eaten here once per week and the service had not gotten any better. Especially on the take out side, absolutely the worst take out service i have encountered at any restaurant. Food is usually good if you can get what you asked for and once you finally get it. Be prepared to explain yourself 5 to 6 times depending on who serves you.
