Location was a very good franchise before new owners. Now the owners try to reduce the amount of meat and toppings. Watched today as meat was spread very thin, original owners put lots of meat and toppings. Will be going elsewhere. Not happy with this approach.

Ordered threw the Mr. Sub app and both times they messed up the order in the past couple of weeks. The first time, the wrap was not wrapped right and was a square, and the second time, they forgot to put topping on that selected in the app. I'm not sure if I want to use the app to order again. Subway has never messed up and app order and I have been ordering from them for years
I was unfortunately disappointed by the way the owner interacted with guests. Specifically, 'the owner's tone was dismissive and unwelcoming, which made our experience less enjoyable
