Indian guy at the front was very rude. Did not know how to work. Food was tasteless. Service was poor overall very bad experience. Very bad, Mr sub u could do better.

They literally screw you out of a super sub......and charge 40 bucks for 2 super assorted.....didn't come close to that with the previous owner.....also nothing says Canadian like seeking English to customers to their foreign language right in front of you....2 languages in Canada man English and French....

I have been enjoy the service, food, and value for quite some time. Ann is always quick with a smile and to remember not only my regular order but to call me by name. The loyalty rewards is a very nice added bonus. I regularly travel across town, past two direct competitors to buy from these fine folks. Do yourself a favour and make a visit soon.
Update - 07/17/2025 Wanted to take a moment to give a kudos to Ricki and Smit as well. Went again today and as usual I was not disappointed. Great food, great value for what is made, and the service is second to none. Other businesses in and around SSM would do well to look at this establishment as a benchmark to gauge themselves against.

Location was a very good franchise before new owners. Now the owners try to reduce the amount of meat and toppings. Watched today as meat was spread very thin, original owners put lots of meat and toppings. Will be going elsewhere. Not happy with this approach.

Gave up Subway the last time they changed their menu and couldn't be happier returned to Mr. Sub! Far better quality, portion sizes, prices and service!

Ordered threw the Mr. Sub app and both times they messed up the order in the past couple of weeks. The first time, the wrap was not wrapped right and was a square, and the second time, they forgot to put topping on that selected in the app. I'm not sure if I want to use the app to order again. Subway has never messed up and app order and I have been ordering from them for years
