Mrs B's Pizza ( Great Northern Rd )

Ordered food waited 2hrs for it after payment received food to find part of it wasn't there called back to be told you'll get it when you get it so they basically stole my money what a disgrace called back again at 725 pm to find my number blocked

We ordered pizza and wings online and paid with credit card, about $57. A notice comes up “oops your order has been missed…” with possible excuse of being so busy! This amount will be held a few days and then reimbursement is issued automatically.
I don’t know if this Chris Soltys is a new owner but his emails sure didn’t sound like the owner we have been so accustomed to dealing with. Either way, extremely rude, and no concept of customer service. Something like “we’re only human and make mistakes”. This does not fly with me, missing the order, making excuses, and holding funds with no product or service provided.

Monday evening. 7:00. Couldn’t get through on the phone. Web site doesn’t work on mobile. Ordered on the computer. Order goes through. They charged me. Then they say order missed and payment canceled. But it might take days to get refunded.
So I phoned auroras west. Answered phone second ring. Ordered in one minute. Ready for pickup in 45 minutes.

Awesome pizza. We are from Regina and the pizza is so gross but when we visited Mrs. B’s pizza it is one of the best pizzas we’ve ever had.

got the large square pizza and 2lb wings definitely didn't even get 1 lbs of wings and the pizza was worse then one you can make at home rip off and a half

Ordered food at 5:45pm and never showed up after calling there twice. Ended up going to Macdonalds at 8pm. Sad

Ordered pizza for 5:15 delivery so it would be fresh and not after my wife got home after work…. Delivery shows up at 4:20pm…. Just a wee bit early… call to complain…. We’ll remake it and send it out… minor inconvenience
The biggest issue…. The delivery driver calls me to tell me he’s on his way…. Ask him to bring up to our apartment on the 3rd floor…. He says nope… meet me in the lobby or I leave it there
Paid $7 for delivery and a $5 tip to have this lazy prick act like that…. Will definitely be my first and last time ordering…

I went to High School in the Soo, had Mrs Bs pizza and always loved it.
After almost 30 years of not having it, I thought for nostalgic sake I should try it again while I was there last week for a visit.

After all these years it didn’t disappoint. Pizza was still rectangular, a bit of sweetness to the crust. It was less greasy than what I remembered. But still really good and worth the wait.

Staff worked hard, one guy seemed annoyed I was taking photos, but really it was for this review.

Good job everyone, thanks for the great food, service and memories
