Love noodle box, but was grossed out on Saturday as the counter girl had gloves on and took my money with gloved hands and used the till with gloved hands. I mentioned, now you need to replace your gloves and she nodded… but didnt replace her gloves. While I waited for the food, she was also on her cell phone with gloves on. Im not sure she understood the reason for the gloves. Food was great though.

I have been a constant customer and have seen the steep decline of the quality of the food and preparation. This is very disappointing as it started out so well. I won't go again. The beef is cardboard, the noodles are dry and there are no veggies or spices... total waste of money and we threw everything out!

Used to get boxes here regularly. The ginger beef, teriyaki, yangzhou were good BUT quality has seriously dropped in the last year. Tonight's Thai Style Chow Mein was just a box of greasy noodles drenched in soy sauce. Peppers? Broccoli? Sprouts? None! Couldn't eat more than three bites because the soy sauce was all I could taste. $18 for salty oily noodles is crazy. Is it a staffing issue? Do you have to upgrade to multiple double vegetables to get any at all? Very sad to see the quick decline in quality.

went here for takeout, another man came in to pick up his order and had accidentally knocked over the container of utensils onto the floor. i helped him pick them up and we had put them on the counter. i noticed the man working the till was putting them back into the container and i waited a minute or so to see if he was going to toss them. i finally said something suggesting to the till worker to throw them out and he said that i can do it myself, so i did. received attitude from the till worker afterwards and when i got home the food was smokey/burnt tasting and got thrown out after 2 bites which was the icing on the cake.

Ordered online for delivery (did this when they first opened and it was great, but has been downhill since).They messed up my order and the Kung Pao Box was such poor quality. Barely any veggies or toppings and super dry. Not to mention my order took forever, yet it tastes like it sat for a while before I got it? Overpriced for what I got. So bummed, used to be one of my favourite places. I NEVER post bad reviews, but had to this time.

The food was not bad. However, they put the food aside without letting me know. I was patiently sitting on the seat and waiting for my food. I asked if the food is ready after waited for 20mins, turned out the food was ready since long and it was sitting at the side.

Haven’t had Noodle box for some time now but have been a regular customer before the break … We were sharpening our teeth for tonight’s meal but… the spicy peanut and the black bean noodles and crispy chicken standards dropped badly…
Where did all the flavour go??? It was tasteless and oily… All I had was noodles with greens and chicken no black bean-ness 😔
