First experience was a pleasant surprise. A comfortable atmosphere and the food was rather good and very filling. Had the beef teriyaki and a spring roll. Worth checking out.

Go anywhere else! Food was over seasoned, we ordered and paid for chicken on two dishes and it was not provided!!! I EXPECT A REFUND! The other dishes had sparse amounts of the protein we selected. Very disappointed. Will not return and I would highly recommend trying one of the other establishments in Sault Ste. Marie.

I have been a fan of their Spicy Peanut Noodles since the beginning. I have ordered it thrice recently on different days and noticed that its not good as it used to be. It felt bland with not enough salt and no sauce( assuming less fish sauce). Please bring back the old spicy peanut noodles!

My husband actually tried the food the first time then he brought me in and we took food home for a date night. The food was amazing and right there it is cooked fresh and right to the way you like. The staff are very friendly and they keep it very clean there. I only have had one issue of my takeout order being wrong and went in the next day and right away they made a new one which really shows the commitment to their customer service and making sure things are right. I would definitely recommend that people come and try their food. We are definitely repeat customers
Parking: Because it is in a mall you have a lot of parking available for everyone
Kid-friendliness: Have seen kids in the store and they are great with kids and do have a kid friendly menu options
Wheelchair accessibility: Their door is wide enough for a wheelchair and lots of room to move around in and Their bathroom is also wheelchair accessible

I can’t believe such inhuman, insensitive, ignorant managers still exist
I went to Noodle-box at 90 park Blvd drive in Barrie and ordered food. when the food was delivered it contained peanuts which my friend is allergic to nuts. We asked them kindly to remake the food.. Due to health reasons. The manager stated that they can’t remake it. Because it is what we ordered, he then went on to say, his profit margin is only 5%, so he absolutely can’t remake the meal.
This was very alarming to me because this restaurant is serving the public, and to be serving the public and don’t care about someone health is very concerning. This restaurant doesn’t deserve to be serving the public. Nor should they have a manager like that represent their restaurant.

Our expectations were blown away. Delicious food with the ability to fully customize your protein, starch and spice level. We came for lunch and left full with leftovers for dinner and a snack the next day. Highly recommend! We had the spicy ginger beef and Cambodian jungle curry box. Both were very unique and delicious in their own way.

I ordered a noodle box for delivery and would not order again. The noodles were disintegrating they were so over poked. I ordered crispy chicken for over $4extra and there was nothing crispy. I ordered two orders of spring rolls and they only sent one sauce.

Great food, wonderful spice. I have had three of the boxes now and have always been well satisfied with the quality. The price is reasonable and the staff are friendly. The location is also quite clean. Cannot go wrong.
I have ordered here quite a few times. They have messed up the majority of my orders with them. I ordered sirloin beef and got the crispy beef instead. I have also ordered other items and have had surprises such as different sauces and/or too much watery sauce. This place lacks in regards to making the orders correct from what my friends and I have seen.
