Went to north 82 last night for my birthday must say to start the waitres was very friendly very quick and prompt with everything she was a gem but the seating was horrible they had us all separated in the room instead of making a square out of the tables so we could all sit around and see each other and communicate with each other instead I saw most people's backs now onto the food I ordered the escargot to start the cheese on top was burnt and tasted like cheese slices apposed to freshly grated cheese so everyone I pulled up came up dry with no cheese the for my diner dish I went with the chicken Oscar with a baked potatoes now the asparagus on top was very soggy but tastefull got lucky there the bernais sauce wasn't very good as u could see it separating the chicken underneath u could tell was cheap boxed chicken witch was over cooked and very dry my baked potatoes was very under cooked and dry with no taste of seasoning for being a fully loaded baked potatoe the shrimp on my plate was very rubbery and chewy and had a very bad fishy smell and taste one still had ice on it from being frozen my scallops were very chewy as well and not done properly now i hate to have to say all of this as I once loved this place and swore by it but they have really went down hill my mom got the prime rib and it was more fat than anything and to pay 44$ for 2 bites of meat off of a steak is ridiculous and they do not know what medium rare is there was not a bit of pink on her meat at all it was so dry not the fall apart melt in ur mouth meat that advertise that's for sure this used to be the number one spot in my city not sure what happened but there not even in my top ten anymore ot to mention out of the 16 people that came only 4 people liked there meals that's not a good number I must say

I would not recommend this restaurant to those who require gluten free or gluten friendly food options. We were visiting the Sault with a group of friends and although my husband and I enjoyed our meals, we were very disappointed by the fact that in this day and age, gluten free pasta noodles of some sort were not available. To make matters worse, our server could not have been more indifferent regarding our dilemma. I fully understand that a restaurant may not want to make any gluten free claims but having gluten friendly options available would go a long way to helping those who do have celiac disease. Sadly, I would not recommend this restaurant to those who require gluten free or gluten friendly food options.Dietary restrictions: I would not recommend this restaurant to those who require gluten free or gluten friendly food options.

Got my favourite dish - chicken souvlaki with Greek salad. Service was good and food came out quickly. We often eat here for work related lunches- it never disappoints!

Went to North 82 last night. Decided to splurge and get the king crab for $69. Horrible decision. It was the driest crab I’d ever had. It was stuck to the shell, I had to battle to get it out. You could tell it had been frozen. They couldn’t even give enough butter for dipping. The garlic mashed potatoes had good flavour, but were stiff. The veggies, the 2 pieces of zucchini were probably the best part. The huge under cooked chunks of carrots had nothing on them. When the waitress asked how it was, I was honest and told her it was dry. She said something along the lines of “oh it shouldn’t be” and that was about the end of it. No offer of anything. No discount. No apologies from anyone. Needless to say I will not be back.

Service and atmosphere was pleasant but the food was horrible. Lobster was over cooked, cold, chewy, and fishy. The butter tasted off, like margarine. My stomach was turning for a couple of hour after that meal. Only thing that was good was the fries. Will never go back even if they reduced their ridiculously high prices.

I am saddened to even have to write a review this bad but if i could leave zero stars i would. Coming all the way from Alberta, my boyfriend and I wanted to enjoy something aside from fast food and sadly the fast food we’ve had along our trip has been astronomically better then anything we ate at North 82. This is an almost 4.5 star restaurant and how they got here baffles me. We started with two appetizers, a french onion soup and a spinach dip. I’ve never had a spinach dip where there isnt any dip consistency to it, if anything it was chopped spinach with cheese on top, more of a spread rather then a dip. It was gross is what it was. Next was the soup which i can barely even call a soup because it tased like water, there was not A HINT of beef broth taste in there, we were told its made in house and if that’s the case, i’d be ashamed. When pointing this out, our server was very dismissive by saying “oh the soup isnt usually like that” while trying to walk away while i was still talking. Our main came out which was an order of fajitas and a prime rib sandwich. The sandwich was ordered with a side of mash and even the mash was extremely underwhelming, if butter or seasoning was even used, i definitely couldnt tell as they tasted like plain starch. The fajitas were half burnt, tasted like char and came with TWO SLICES OF PEPPER!! As you will see in pictures of the dish! Next the prime rib sandwich.. i asked for mozza to be melted on and this is what i got, i slice of cheese tossed on in hops the residual heat would melt it.. i took one bite and instantly knew there was absolutely no season on that prime rib, you cant even see a spec of pepper!! It was not good at all. When the server asked how the food was, we told her honestly that we were disappointed to which she gave us a look of inconvenience, we explained what was wrong with the fajitas and when i asked what the prime rib was seasoned with, she had nothing for me but i blank stare and an “i dont know” which whatever but then she offered to bring us more peppers for the fajitas and at this point we were over the whole experience and wanted our bill. As she was walking away my boyfriend had to ask speak to a manager (in my opinion the option to talk to a manager should’ve been presented when we complained about not one but FOUR dishes) one came over, we reiterated what we had just told the waitress and they’re solution was to take all the food off our table and let us walk out!! It was sickening to know all that food went to waste when originally we just wanted to pay for it and leave.. that was probably the worst part about it all and i hope to never have an experience like this again.

The food taste like they have giving up in the kitchen. I had the special which was chicken and ribs. Chicken was breast with nothing on it at all not even pepper. Very dry and flavourless. Ribs were just as bad with no sauce or hint of marinade. My wife had lobster which was expensive and you could tell was in the microwave. Chewy fishy garbage. I will not be back. Over priced bland food.

Went for supper with family. Purchased the special which was ribs and a chicken breast. Came with a side of garlic mashed potatoes and veggies. I ordered a small ceasar salad as well. The chicken portion was very small and it was grilled, as far as I could tell then served as is, without being seasoned at all. My ribs were honestly the worst ribs that I have ever had and poorly executed, in that they only had very plain barbecue sauce on them and it was barely enough to change the flavor of the ribs.I would have expected better tasting and better prepared food from this restaurant. Very disappointed to say the least. To be honest, I remember going to this restaurant a few years ago (2017) and the food and service was incredible.
