I recently placed an order at Osmos, and not only was my order completely messed up, but when I tried to politely bring it up, the staff member responded in the most unprofessional and downright rude way. Instead of addressing the issue, he spoke to us harshly and dismissively. This was extremely disappointing, frustrating, and honestly unacceptable. No customer deserves to be treated this way.

Incredibly friendly staff at this Osmows Shawarma location! Delicious food. Lots of options. Very clean inside. Great spot to check out if you like Shawarma. Has Vegan, Keto, and Gluten Free options.

I had the Half-and-Half at Osmow's Sharma and it was honestly delicious! The portion was perfect.The quality was solid, the flavours were on point, and everything tasted fresh. Will be going back again!

I just visited Osmow’s and ordered 4 Philly Cheese Chicken (half & half with extra garlic sauce) and 1 Falafel (half & half). Honestly, I’m extremely disappointed with the quality of the food I received. The chicken and green peppers looked barely cooked—almost like they were just thrown in without any proper preparation. On top of that, the garlic sauce was either missing or barely there, despite asking for extra. This is not what I expect from Osmow’s
