There should not be a “pre authorization” held for up to 14 days after the charge has been put thru and debited from your account. I have currently over 150.00 that is currently on hold and also have the purchase charge already debited from my account. Spoke to bank and the restaurant or company can release it with the same pre authorization number that was used. Did not get any where with the “manager”. This is unacceptable and I will never order from there again unfortunately. I get it that the staff is not responsible but they need better practices regarding how to correctly use the credit card / debit card machines and online purchases.

Stopped in to see if it really is the best Queso in town. After a full sample I feel that they speak the truth regarding the queso. Great helpful staff and great food. Also the bowl is gluten friendly which is a big deal in our family.

I recently placed a catering order for 25 people. The day of the event, I had to change my order to accommodate 40 people. The Qdoba staff was more than accommodating to the needs for our organization's lunch.
The food itself was delivered during the discussed time. They provided everything for our luncheon. There was a great amount of food. The choices provided allowed some staff to have vegetarian options or meat options. All the staff at the luncheon was incredibly pleased with everything and had a lot of positive feedback about the food overall. We will definitely be placing more catering orders in the future. Thanks again!
