Quesada Burritos & Tacos

The owner is really cheap, was charging $1.50 for each extra veggie topping in a bowl. That’s against quesada’s policy.
Will never go back to this store.

Not recommended at all. Sault Ste. Marie has much better tacos and far better taste elsewhere. This was a total waste of money.

Mr. Vinod Saidha, I believe you are the owner of this place, because when I was there dining, no other staff member was around — only someone shouting aggressively, which I assume was you. So if you’re claiming to be a witness, that’s not true. You were the only one yelling, so clearly you are the owner.

Regarding the bill: I never tried to leave without paying. I clearly told your staff I was ready to pay the remaining $9, but they refused to accept it and insisted I pay the full amount again. There was an issue with your billing system, not on my end.

As for your claim that I asked for free food for my kids — that’s simply false. I never asked for anything free. A small portion of extra corn is what you’re calling free food? I paid an extra $3 for that. Don’t twist the facts.

You seriously need to learn proper customer service. The way you’re running this restaurant is highly unprofessional and disappointing

Went to order for pick up and they forced an automatic $5 tip without the option to remove it or choose an alternate amount. Pay your workers a fair wage and don't force it on your customers who are already paying a ridiculous amount for your food.

I visited Quesada burritos and tacos last month with my friends. I tried quesadilla and tacos. It was really delicious as it was looking and expected. I also loved their service. I would recommend everyone to visit there.
