Great quality food, fair prices, great service. A tad bit outdated decor but let's be honest it's the food that makes the place and I found myself wanting to lick my plate 🤤 I will definitely be going back and I'll give it my stamp of approval without hesitation

Just experienced the worst food of my life. The pizza was burnt, it was totally dried out and just awful. The wings were supposed to have 40 creek sauce on them, they splashed them with a teaspoon of sauce. For years my family loved their food, and I usually give the benefit of the doubt that perhaps they had a bad day, but it's gone downhill. Lost my business moving forward.

I'm in the Soo for work, was given the Service Grill number by the hotel. Was not disappointed. The blt wrap and fries were awesome!! You made this gal from Niagara Falls happy!!
