This location state that closing hours are at 21h00. Came to purchase meal and coffees at 20h00 and the location was closed. Locked doors and employees cleaning the floors at 20h00 on a Friday night.

This Starbucks is so bad I will go out of my way to drive to Tim Hortons instead for my caffeine fix. Service is slow and inconsistent, very small drive thru area gets backed up on to traffic creating hazards left and right. I would walk in to order at that point but the restaurant area is constantly closed, mobile orders always turned off, is this even allowed by Starbucks corporate???? The Trunk Road location tends to be better.

I like this Starbucks and I come here 3 to 4 times a month. I find the cashier of this location constantly changes. I always ask for a mug as it's more environmentally friendly over paper cups. However, half of the time, I still get a paper cup...I don't know if it has to do with the constance changes of staff...

The staff are beyond a doubt the friendliest that I have ever seen. It was super busy yet they all hauled butt completing all the orders!

First off, if you want Starbucks, go in person and avoid the other delivery apps. The apps make it hard to get any form of correction and they take a large cut. I have found it more of a pain to use an app than to just go in or through drive thru. I adore the hosts and hostesses who take and make the orders. I always have such a pleasant experience with all of them. I have found that if you go in with a good mood and attitude it is contagious and improves the environment. My drinks, always spot on or if it needs a change just a kind word to them helps correct the situation with no issues. For the food, I am personally not a fan but that is my personal preferences in food being the issue. I do recommend this location and please remember to smile at the workers, they can use the kindness!

Ordered an iced mocha at the drive-thru, which took too long.I didn't notice until I drove off that they got my order wrong and just gave me an iced coffee.I didn't bother going back.Extremely disappointed at Starbucks in general as this is the 3rd time (not this same store) that Starbucks got my order for an iced mocha wrong.
Service was not good, we ordered our 2 drinks and several people who ordered after us were served first. We waited almost 20mins and then asked the barista where our second drink was and were told that we only ordered one.

Expensive for two medium hot drinks. First time there. I only then bought my wife a drink, instead of myself. So, we both share her white hot chocolate. Her white hot chocolate had whip cream on top of it. Different and first time at Starbucks.

Amazing staff, love this place. Best service in town no fibbin. I honestly would not live in Sault Ste Marie without this place figuritvly and literally. The sault suffers from bad social issues makes people treat the front line workers poor. I will not stand for it and I support front line workers they have to deal with losers moat days..... TRUTH.Wheelchair accessibility: Ontario should be asked this not me. Lol that is up to them. The sault is not a very accesible city period. The government here gets a 0 for accesiblity. Companies need to held accountable by governing powers not my broke student @$$ with a review. What the hell google goddaaaam.

I bought a caramel macchiato and I used my bonus stars to get a bagel with cream cheese which I added 12 on to see how many they would give me. I expected at least 4 which is the amount I normally would get with my bagel. They gave only gave me 2 and when I asked for more, the girl asked if I wanted 1 or 2 more with an unimpressed look. I don’t necessarily blame her because I was trying to extra for a future bagel. The bagel was clearly toasted rather than warmed but it was cold by the time I got it which seems to be typical for Starbucks in general. What bothered me was that my drink was empty from the top 1/2 inch of the glass and there was the smallest amount of caramel drizzle on the bottom which completely ruins the drink for me since I rely on that sweetness to overcome the coffee taste!Overall, it was easily shown that their service and care for the customers was sloppy. It’s not a big deal to give a couple extra cream cheese packages and it doesn’t kill them to give a proper amount of caramel sauce. It is unlikely I will order from this location again in the future.
