I’m sure the drinks will be good but the customer service here is awful. To work at startbucks you NEED to have good customer service skills and this was not the experience I come to Starbucks for. I don’t appreciate the way I was talked to.

I have never had worse customer service in my entire life. Incredibly rude in the drive thru and at the storefront. Blonde, male worker should not be working in customer service industry. Will never be back here again; take your money elsewhere for better coffee and better customer service.

It was my birthday, I went and treated my team to some drinks , I paid around $35 and then I told them it’s my birthday today, wouldn’t I get a free drink . I was told oh, you need to register your birthday date on your app. I had the app for a couple of years and never registered my birthday date so I followed the instructions, then the staff tells me , it won’t update momentarily so, you wouldn’t be able to get a free drink! I took out my driver’s license and was still talking to him but he decided to turn his back on me a walk away. Seems like, remote areas’ stores don’t care as no audit or whatever! I know it was a very disappointing experience and now I know Starbucks doesn’t live up to the customer service level they promised their customers!

I always come to the Trunk Road Starbucks because they know how to make the Frappucinos right and they always do a fantastic job. All the workers are fantastic at this location and are always so friendly whether you are in the drive-thru or in-store!

It's always fast and nice service! Lots of seating to chill at. I end up going if I need to catch the bus and it's going to be 20 minutes or more. I don't think it's a big deal if it never changes but a ceiling tile is missing.
Everytime I order delivery, they make my drink wrong. I ask for 'Line the cup with mocha sauce' and ALWAYS get caramel. Why am I paying extra for something I never receive ? I'm convinced this location cannot read. Very disappointing, when you do not like caramel but get globs of it all over instead of the Mocha I requested.

I am regular here but very disappointed!! Caucasian Worker with specs was extremely rude. I was with youth there and he asked staff what he can have here, and the staff said well it’s a coffee shop so u can have coffee. And all the time after that he was just giving attitude. Very bad customer service. I know it’s hard working in food service but that doesn’t mean that u give attitude. It’s customer service have that much professional respect!!!
