I am regular here but very disappointed!! Caucasian Worker with specs was extremely rude. I was with youth there and he asked staff what he can have here, and the staff said well it’s a coffee shop so u can have coffee. And all the time after that he was just giving attitude. Very bad customer service. I know it’s hard working in food service but that doesn’t mean that u give attitude. It’s customer service have that much professional respect!!!

Great service and quintessential (perfect) Starbucks faire was had when we stopped for coffee and breakfast in Sault St Marie last summer! The people working at the Trunk Road location were a true team, so supportive of customers and each other! It was our pleasure to send time with you on our cross-Canada ? drive from BC to southeastern Quebec and down into Maine to the Atlantic Ocean at Bar Harbor. We stopped at many Starbucks ? locations along our way and your service and our customer experience came in on top for our Starbucks stops! Thank you ? ??

This place sucks it's constantly closing the dining room mobile ordering is constantly being turned off at every turn now today drive-through is the only thing that's open and the dining room is closed at 2:15 in the afternoon i'm on foot and I don't have a car so I can't use the drive-through. I wish someone from Starbucks would contact me about this.

whenever i go to this starbucks theres this guy with blonde and blue hair and they are THE best! They literally have the best customer service out of all the starbucks in the sault ive been to! I wish i knew their name for a better shoutout:(

Stopped in the drive thru to pick up some coffees before leaving town, the customer service was exceptional and all our drinks were delicious. The drive thru was efficient without sacrificing quality and personability. Kudos to whoever was working the Labour Day morning shift! Pup cup was thoroughly enjoyed!
