The Water Tower Inn, BW Premier Collection

Absolutely loved my stay here. I slept for 9 hours and very comfortably. I’m someone who wakes up every 30 minutes but I got an incredible rest at this hotel. The pool and jacuzzi are fantastic, the staff super friendly, shout out to Kimberly, and the room was very clean. I will definitely be back.

Dog friendly. The rooms are always quite clean. The staff is so kind. They even fuss over our pups when we check in!

If you stop in S.S.MARIE, only place to stay and eat!

The front desk staff were exceptional! After many days on the road and trying to book the room with hit & miss service they were beyond helpful and accommodating. The hotel was beautiful and the hot tub, pool and sauna area were amazing

Rooms were ok, but no coffee in the lobby, staff were dismissive and not very friendly, and did not inform us when we booked, when we checked in, or when we ASKED about the pool hours that the pool and hot tubs would all be closed for over a week as of the day we got there, which was pretty much the main reason we even booked this hotel. Very disappointing

Listed as 4 swimming pools, there was a kiddy pool, a regular pool, and a hot tub outside. The outdoor waterfalls, the falls with the seal in the back ground as well as the indoor hot tub were all dry. Someone told us the indoor hot tub has been dry for 2 yrs.
The floor of the shower was stained, or dirty.
The room was dated.

The best pet-friendly experience! Every staff member was very friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. The pet friendly rooms were wonderful, the dog bowls and treats were a great touch! Outdoor hot tub was fabulous as always, room was very clean. My doggy and I are excited to come back :)

Nice room, had a fake fireplace and king sized bed. It was pretty roomy and clean.

I stayed here 2 yrs ago and it was great. Not anymore i guess they changed owners. the place has fallen into dis repair door hanging off the hinges for my room no microwave in my room carpet missing in the hall. old vending machines that still take change either empty or don't work. this is the 3rd best western i have stayed in 3 days and by far the worst. the food in the restaurant i had chicken parmesan the pasta was cold and the chicken was heated in a microwave

The staff were extremely good and care about you!

They have enormous parking lots for Full Size Trucks and Trailers******* yes, you can get in and out easily with a semi truck even.

There was a issue on my end booking a hotel room, they ended up giving me a small upgraded with no hassle or questions asked.
They have a USB charger receptacle.

RESTAURANT- The food was great!! And the lady was on top of everything... and prices were fair.

I would recommend coming here and eating here.

Booked a room with expedia for myself and my 2 kids that said we could pay when we arrived. Drove from Saskatchewan and when we tried to pay and check in we were refused because I dont have a credit card. Im legally disabled and 20 hours from home with 2 small kids and being refused service because I dont have a need for plastic with 20% plus interest fees. Please make it make sense.
