Ask always, extremely inconsistent not only in quality of product but seems like random pricing between stores

So I drive across Canada for my work and have been to hundreds of tim hortons. This is the only one that when ordering a coffee with 1/4 hot chocolate charges for a hot chocolate and 3/4 coffee. It’s more expensive this way. It’s actually a really dishonest way to overcharge customers and is dishonest to the brand. I might flag them for it, as I think it most likely is the franchise owner making this instruction. Not impressed, it reads as greedy and petty. I strongly suggest going somewhere else - there are many nearby.
OPEN UP 24 HOURS OR ATLEAST UNTIL MIDNIGHT YOURE ACROSS A TRUCK STOP. AND PLEASE START CUTTING YOUR BAGELS. TAKE A LITTLE MORE PRIDE IN YOUR JOBS. 12 MINUTES FOR A BAGEL WITH HERB N GARLIC AND A LARGE COFFEE IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. THE OTHER TIME HORTONS IN THIS CITY ARE OPEN 24 HOURS AND THEY ARENT NEAR A TRUCK STOP AND NO WHERE FOR US TO PARK. DISGUSTING. THERES 3 NICE PEOPLE WHO SMILE AND WORK THERE AND THEY HAVE BEEN THERE FOR A LONG WHILE. THE NEW WORKERS SUCK AND DONT PREPARE ANY FOOD AFTER 4PM SAD I CANT EVEN GET A BAGEL AT 4:30PM

I don’t usually leave reviews but this is comical. How did this get through to a customer?

I was on my way out of town, so I pulled up to the drive threw ...we waited for someone to take our order, we waited and waited, so I backed up and again went forward, did that 3 times , still no response.... So I drove up to the window, there was 3 young people at the window, one fella had his back to the window .. .. I beeped my horn...
The fella opened the window and I asked if the order screen was broke, he looked at me, shrugged his shoulders and laugh and said "I don't know".....
So I said "guess what, im not wasting my time here any longer and I left...
It seems like these "kids" were having way to much fun to take anyone's order ...
Guess I'll never go there again!!
And I'll pass it along to others ..

Gross. It's gotten to the point where quality and service dies not matter. Too many Canadians buy Tim Hortons because it's nostalgic. We remember good tim Hortons from when we are younger. Couldn't pay me enough to go go there anymore. I was even given a gift card and I gave it away.

takes forever to get a coffee the staff is horrible
I go to this Timmies every single time I'm in town and I haven't had a lot of issues except their frozen lemonade and creamy chill machines have been 'broken' for a long time and they add too little wipped cream on iced capps and they dont fill them up enough

For the first time i had met with the most in respectable staff on the tim hortons. Being only in the queue they served me after a long time. The manager is irresponsible instead of solving the problem. He was pretending like he was serving me for free and can speak anything to me. One of the worst experience from the hospitality chain i had ever experienced.
