The Korean pork and noodle dish for 36.00 was highly disappointing, the pork was battered served cold and hard, the rice noodles stiff and the sauce ketchuppy with few vegetables, breakfast in the dining room was eggs benedict with shaved ham not pemale bacon, 19.00. When I have eggs benedict I'm not looking for a ham sandwich-ingredients matter. I feel very cheated after a room stay for one night at 350.00 plus food. Oh and by the way the duvets are due for a deep clean or change up, sleeping with odors is not pleasant.

Laurie our server made the dining experience wonderful. She was informative about the menu items, thoughtful, and very efficient. The dinner was Caesar Salad and Ribeye, both were excellent.
We decided after seeing the patio on the water that this would be our dinner stop the next time we were in the Soo.
Fast forward to this evening.
First: Typed sign on the pedestal that the kitchen is closing at 8:45 pm for maintenance, not 10 pm. We arrived at 7:30 pm.
Second: Patio is closed. It's July in Northern Ontario. Why is the patio closed? No reason was given.
Third: The dining room is closed. There was no reason given.
Fourth: Bar seating only.
Televisions are on with volume.
The restaurant is inside the Delta hotel. We considered leaving.
We ordered dinner. Service was mediocre. People began piling into the bar and quickly filled the few tables. A group of 8 were turned away. Then, a couple were seated in the dining room or on the patio. So, the two seating options were closed to the majority but not all. This did not leave a very warm and fuzzy feeling.
The food was okay. But honestly, for the price, it is very light on portion size.
We will not likely be back due to the lack of professionalism demonstrated by the hotel management for these odd decisions.

The resto staffs were all pleasant. The ambiance was wonderful we seated by waterfront side. It was a quiet place which is great. My husband ordered a medium well prime rib it was cooked to his liking. Though for a fine dining restaurant there's no bread served anymore while waiting for the ordered food. I was really frustrated with my pan seared duck I ordered medium but it was well done and ofcourse as expected it was toughed. Lack of seasoning too. I would not recommend a pan seared duck on their menu at all. Also, their online dessert menu have not been updated so far. It was my husband's birthday he wanted a carrot coconut cake which is his favorite but the restaurant dessert menu was totally different. Overall for a fine dining experience I would say there are other better restaurants in the Sault with similar price and great food.
Friendly, helpful welcoming staff. Happy, warm, knowledgable, accommodating waitress. Food is top notch. Quality not run of the mill. Very well prepared and presented. Well worth the money spent. Stunning views of the river.
More of a finer dining experience. We were a party of 4, 3 of the meals were plated nicely and cooked well. I myself ordered the tempura chicken and ate most of it thinking it was fairly “chewy”, thinking it was the batter. Then cut a piece into two, ate one and looked at the second, and it was completely raw. We found our server and they brought it to the kitchens attention immediately. They offered a new meal in which I declined for obvious reasons. The manager came to speak with us and was fantastic - he offered to cover the meal. I understand steak, some other meals being undercooked. However this chicken was completely raw and unacceptable for a fine restaurant to be serving.
Fish and chips with 1 glass of wine for $70 is absolutely insane! Never again, no matter how good it was!
Our server, Lauren, was excellent. View of the river was a bonus. Shout out to Dillan for quickly resolving an issue with my wine and Samantha for giving some local advice to top off our evening.
Tried for the first time.
I will definitely come back

My sister and took our Mom out for Mother's Day breakfast. We all enjoyed the food, ambiance and service. We will definitely be returning and may even make this a Mother's Day tradition!

We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner dining experience. The options to accommodate salads with/without proteins and a tofu vs chicken bite was appreciated, and everything was absolutely delicious. Our server was friendly and helpful. The wine was good, and the noise level was great for three friends visiting and catching up. Highly recommended.
Lovely lunch with friends today. Attentive service and wonderful meal. The Tuna Poke was delicious.
Went there with friends and family for my 70th birthday. Food was amazing and service was excellent!
I've eaten at the View numerous times. Best brunch in the city! Love the outdoor patio for drinks and burgers. The dinner menu, the waitstaff, and the food are all wonderful.
Excellence all around! Friendly and attentive service, paired well with exceptional food. Ribeye special was very flavourful and tender, including a delicious risotto.
