When I heard about this place I couldn't stop going it's definitely a spot I visit at least once a week the wings are phenomenal the dry rub wings are my favorite so many varieties to choose from. The servers are friendly and provide a professional service that's very welcoming 👍🏿💯

Food was like most bar food. Wasn't bad but wasn't great. We would go again for the drinks.

Service was very good. Noise level a bit high so conversation was a bit difficult. The tv at our table didn't work, but there was big screens everywhere to watch the game. Excellent wings. Would recommend going on Wednesday wing night but be sure to make a reservation.

The wings were delicious and the poutine with pork equally great!

Was in SSM to visit a relative in hospital, and stopped by the GNR Wacky Wings on the evening of Wednesday, October 15, 2025 for what turned out to be an excellent visit.

Easy parking in the lot, entered the facility, and was impressed by the brightness, decor, cleanliness & ambience. Took a seat at the wood in front of the 3 TV screens and noted that the Raptors & Blue Jays games were on & ChiveTV was showing outdoor sports adventure highlights. Great views and a Jays playoff game as a bonus. Am a huge sports fan so this was going to be good!

Jackie came by with a smile and a menu and left me to peruse the selections. Was impressed by the scope & scale of the menu, more than wings available, with a plethora of wing options & flavours.

Christine came by inquiring about ordering ... went with pineapple juice (a much-appreciated rarity not available in every bar), a cheeseburger with salad & 6 boneless wings with creamy dill sauce. Admired the bar inlaid with fossils and old Canadian currency. The bar decor was impressive, lots of care & attention had gone into the various items around the restaurant, many with an outdoor Canadian theme 🍁

The drink & wings arrived fast and it was games on! The Raptors were keeping it even, ChiveTV featured some white-water adventures, and the Jays were hitting balls all over and out of the park on an offensive rampage. Nearby tables loaded with fans provided expert commentary and enthusiasm. Great place to watch sports.

The staff were locals and chatted freely with the regulars. The burger & salad arrived and were enjoyed immensely. Christine showed me the desert menu & Jackie offered advice. Went with the sundae cups to top off the meal. Other desert selections looked great ... worth a separate date-night visit to sample.

Cashed out feeling full and fulfilled. Good value for the culinary dollar in a nice facility with a friendly staff. Commend, recommend, and hope to repeat.

From Thunder Bay we like going to Wackys and enjoy the food so coming to the Sault to the original we expected better but the quality of the food did not compare to Thunder Bay. I ordered the same as I've ordered many times back home but if it was like this I would never order again. Hopefully was just an off night with a new cook or something but good luck. Oh and when someone points to a basket of fries and chicken fingers and orders it with a side of gravy for the fries that means they want fries?? Don't come back and argue with the customer about what you thought and just bring them their fries!! It's bad enough you brought the wrong salad with the meal as well 😒

I go to wacky wings once and awhile to both locations, I came in today and my servers name was Kiera I believe. she was very kind and polite to both me and my boyfriend. And the I also believe hostess brought us our food and was also very sweet, polite and apologetic for my drink being late which I was totally okay and understanding about. I appreciate the good service I always receive from this place and especially the kindness of these two people.😊

Had lunch, very good wings, had Maple Bacon rub and Forty Creek bbq. Delicious food, good atmosphere and decent service, would highly recommend.

My family has been ordering from this location pretty much weekly for the last couple of years. Tonight when my family member arrived to pick up our order, they were informed they didn’t have an order with that name on it. The person I was speaking with was unbelievably rude and finally asked if I wanted to place an order. No, I already placed an order! I hung up the phone completely dumbfounded. After calling back and talking to the manager it was discovered that the person who took the order put the completely wrong name on it and my order was actually ready. I was offered a slice of cheesecake for the inconvenience. When my food got to my house, our fries & onion rings were cold, and we were missing an order of fries and mozzarella sticks (my son’s entire dinner!). I called the restaurant yet again and was offered a credit for the fries (although we were accused of making our own fries cold on the way home with the AC in our car!). At this point I felt that my concerns were being brushed aside and said I would reach out to upper management to continue the conversation as well as posting a review of my experience as I did not feel we would be able to come to a resolution we both found agreeable. The manager asked me to give her 5 minutes to get back to me to avoid the negative review. After speaking with someone else the manager called back and offered to send a whole new order right then or credit part of our meal but I was no longer interested. Clearly this establishment does not value long time customers and with the rising cost of eating out I will definitely be spending my money elsewhere, where I get what I pay for and my business is valued. Even putting the food issues aside, the way I was spoken to by the take out employee on the phone was completely unacceptable. She did not even attempt to solve the problem by asking the phone number on the order or what the order consisted of. She went immediately to rude and dismissive and made me feel like I was in the wrong.

Never actually ate here… arrived for an early Friday night supper, waited for about 20min after being seated. Then tried to order chicken tenders, one of the main items on their menu and they were out. Seriously?!? After such crappy service, I’m glad we left as I have very low expectations that their food would be any good either.

Cool place to sit and eat. Lots of sauce variety. Wings were decent but not the best I've ever had. Our server seemed kind of uninterested in being at work that night. She may just have had a tough day so please don't let this stop you from giving the place a try.

Had an awesome time at Wacky Wings! From the moment we walked in, the vibe was fun and welcoming. The staff were super friendly and made sure we were well taken care of the whole time.

Now let’s talk wings—wow! Tons of flavors to choose from, and every single one we tried was packed with taste. Whether you like them mild or melt-your-face hot, there’s something for everyone. The wings were crispy, juicy, and cooked just right.

The atmosphere is perfect for hanging out with friends or family—laid-back with just the right amount of energy. We also loved the games and fun decor that gave it a unique twist.

Definitely coming back. Highly recommend if you’re craving wings, great service, and a fun time out!
