Our server was great and the food was good but as we sat the manager wasn't very nice to the staff and it seemed to diminish the overall feel for customers. It took forever to pay our bill once asked as the staff was waiting on the manager to assist. The food was good but didn't quite match the pricing. This place has the potential to be a very cool place to go.

Quite possibly the worst food I've ever eaten. Do not eat here!
I placed an online order and showed up about 10 minutes later for pickup. I figured I would have to wait, no big deal. I waited about 20 mins for my food, which seemed like a while considering what I had ordered and how busy they were. Finally got my food, staff apologized for the delay, I took it and headed home.
I quickly realized upon opening it that it had been sitting for at least 15 minutes before I received it. It was freezing cold. I had the boneless wing poutine - pitiful portion with about 4 bites of chicken and truly disgusting. It tasted like fish. I ate a few bites and threw the rest away. The antojitos were also freezing cold, but at least somewhat edible. What a waste of money!

Wacky Wings on Great Northern has become my new favourite place to dine out. The food is excellent and the people are second to none. Our server, Ariel, was the best and she takes her job to a whole new level. Definitely an asset to this establishment! Thank you, Ariel, for the great service. Definitely top notch!

I recently had the pleasure of ordering out from Wacky Wings where I experienced service that truly exceeded all expectations. The manager, Kris, went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was nothing short of exceptional.

Her attention to detail and genuine care for the customers was evident in every interaction.

What truly impressed me was when a minor issue arose with my order. Without hesitation, Kris personally took charge, resolved the issue promptly. Her professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction were truly commendable.

Thanks to the manager's exemplary leadership, the restaurant not only provided delicious food but also delivered a memorable experience. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for top-notch service, delicious food, and a welcoming atmosphere. Kudos to Kris for setting the bar high and ensuring that every guest leaves with a smile. Five stars all the way!

Terrible decision to eat at this place. Keep going down the road to some place else. My hubby had the Piggy Poutine. He HATED IT!!!!! Possibly because it had bbq sauce on the poutine??? Not sure but yuck!!!!! I had a southwestern chicken salad. It sucked!!!!! I’m from the southwest USA. Plus when I asked for sour cream & hot sauce, the waitress forgot. 15 minutes later she walked by and said “ooo I forgot, I’ll go get it.” I told her to forget it. Too late, my salads gone! Service was HORRID!!!!!
Atmosphere is like a sports bar. Not into intoxicated people around.
And for what we spent, we got crud. Honestly. My husband and I have been traveling south Canada and this was THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE AT A RESTAURANT WE HAVE HAD!!!!!

I’ve been here multiple times and the food is always tasty no matter which location I go to. The last time I went, I ordered the plant-based wings with fries. I think they’re tofu-based but they weren’t bad. Very saucy. It wasn’t busy when we went but there was only one server and she was awesome!! I’m glad Wacky’s can accommodate my diet. I’ll be back!!
(My 4/5 stars for atmosphere is because typically the music is too loud for my liking.)

I really like this place, but getting takeout or delivery is a nightmare. For takeout and ubereats I have had my order be wrong, or entirely missing items multiple times. On top of that, there is not option to substitute boneless wing poutine for plant based wings on either their website or Ubereats, and ubereats I informed them about MONTHS ago and nothing has changed. For a restaurant at this price point and this nice, I was not happy to see that this is an issue on their own website as well, so I was forced to order my wings and poutine separately and put it together myself at home.

HOWEVER, their website delivery is much better. I had no issue with it, and even called to request no utensils with it and they fulfilled. Nothing was wrong with the order, no sauces were wrong. Definitely will use the website again if they fix the issue (or I discover I was wrong) with the plant based boneless wing poutine.

The food, is great. Except their mac and cheese. It's good enough that I'll still order it, but only if I'm taking it home because it really has no flavour and the sauce is horribly emulsified. I'd give it a 6/10 honestly cuz truly, it's not disgusting.

Also want to praise the fact that it has a meat substitute. So often my wife and I have trouble finding places for a date night because I don't eat meat. But here we can easily enjoy together.

Atmosphere is a bit meh, the people are great honestly but the ambience is a bit much. There's not much for sound absorption so it can get a bit noisy during rush hour, but definitely not horrible. Personally I just avoid sitting in after about 6pm! ?

Overall, still a regular place I have and will eat from. Though I really hope they can made it less of a hassle to order my plant based for takeout!

Vegetarian options: Every meat can be substituted for plant based wings. Very easy place to dine with your non-veg friends/family

Parking: Good parking lot but people do not know what *in* and *out* means so be careful you don't head on with a silly goose!

We recently enjoyed lunch at Wacky Wings and ordered the Greek and Taco salads. While we noticed some of the lettuce was brown, we were able to eat most of it after removing the affected pieces. Our server, Ray, was incredibly kind and offered to replace our salads, even though we had already eaten half. Despite this, we had a lovely visit on the patio.
