Excellent service, clean, tidy, friendly staff, breakfast included

Stayed at the water tower for a girls getaway , excited to use the outdoor hot tub as the indoor one was closed (we called before booking to confirm). The outdoor hot tub was the same temperature as the indoor pool, and was full of orbeez water beads..

My wife and I would like to bring to your attention the absolute and sincere appreciation for the services that all your staff provided during these unexpected times. As you may be aware, my wife had a heart attack on the way to Sault Ste Marie. We were travelling via vehicle to Edmonton.

The Water Tower Inn, BW Premier Collection offers a convenient location with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. The rooms are generally clean, and the service is amazing, with friendly and accommodating staff. While some rooms are a bit outdated, they are clean and functional. The restaurant service is great, and the food is good, with any issues quickly remedied. The inn has Tesla Supercharging and is next to a gas station, with plenty of convenient parking. Guests can enjoy the indoor/outdoor hot tubs, pool, and sauna, although the indoor hot tub is sometimes closed. The breakfast is a good start to the day, but the coffee could be improved. The staff is generally friendly and welcoming, with a few exceptions. The inn also has a great bar on-site with live bands, but some guests have expressed a desire for an on-site laundromat for those staying for extended periods.
