First time visiting as we're not from the Soo. Hubby ordered the Reuben and I ordered the perogies. Both were very good! Staff was super friendly and service was quite fast considering it was pretty busy during our visit. Highly recommend.

The place is exactly the kind of super casual diner vibe I wanted when I google searched “poutine” while visiting from the USA. From the exterior and type of restaurant you would usually expect this type of place to have a low quality service/ food. It’s the exact opposite! Service was amazing and the one (1) server inside over delivered and was so friendly and made our experience fantastic. This place is Kid-friendly too! The cook also came out to say hi to us and chat with other quests to really round out how this place is a place for the community. Food was great and the price was very fair. Our poutine portions were GENEROUS and we got “smalls”.

I’ll 100% be back. Don’t skip this gem.

We were recently visiting from out of town .
We had breakfast at Westend and it was one of the best breakfasts I’ve had . The food was prepared perfectly and was delicious. I highly recommend. We will definitely be back .

Great breakfast. The hungryman came with four eggs (over easy cooked perfectly), five pieces of bacon (just your typical thin sliced cooked a little too much, but expected), about a half a cup of home fries (could have been more) and four pieces of toast (that maybe you should have only been two in the other two could have been replaced with ham or a pancake. No veggie options. My wife got eggs benedict without the ham.

Other than it needing a facelift inside and out, the place was fantastic for breakfast. Family of four with coffee was about $75.
