The food is really delicious, packed with flavor. If anyone is heavy on taste, you can ask for more sauce for the slow cooked rib and goose pot. They accomodate for allergy. My friend forgot to inform the restaurant about nut allergy when called in for the rib and goose pot. We only realized that the pot is cooked with peanut oil upon arriving. They were willing to make a new pot for us!!! Very nice of them. Highly recommend

We came here with 2 kids, because the next door restaurant is too busy, so we decided to come here. Without telling us it’s taking 1 hour to cook the goose, we ordered it. They only told us when we asked. It was insane. So we have been sitting here without any food for 1 hour.

It’s a good atmosphere for 3-4 to enjoy a pot of food. I went for dishes instead so I can get an idea of what the food is like. The fried rice is a bit soggy, not on the dry side(so if you like moist fried rice, here you go) portion wise is not bad, taste not bad. It’s good that they give appetizers though (we got a plate of melon and bean sprouts)
The servant wasn’t that attentive, we need to get up and call them, also we walked up to pay.

It was my first time to eat iron pot stew. I ordered goose braised pork ribs after being introduced by the waiter. After waiting for a long time and it was still not ready, I asked the waiter and they said it would take an hour to cook, so many customers made reservations in advance. I said I told you it was my first time here. Why didn't you tell me I had to wait so long? If told, I could choose another store. I waited for 1 hour and 20 minutes from the time I placed the order until it was ready to eat. I packed it up and left after five minutes of eating.
Very tasty! Three people ate it in one pot, and they all felt full. There are also popsicles to eat in Zhongjie.

Honestly I saw a lot of “hate” review before I went to this restaurant but it turns out really great. It might be a lil bit salty for me but they have a discount if u pay cash. Me n my bf only pays 58d for the food n we even didn’t finish all of it. See the pic attached(We only order the pork rib). Anyway this is such a surprise for me n u definitely should come n try. Nobody’s paying me for writing this down only keep it real.
