When i order pizza I never ask for thin crust. Yes I did call and complain but this is what is considered regular crust. I'd also like to add they changed the pepperoni and it's gross. Never again 241. The owner lied telling customer service that it was regular. Ugh, It's so soggy. I'm so done with this place.

The only reason I’m here is to give a bad review to Klaudia who is a 241 representative. She has lack of customer service skills on the phone. The restaurant is not any better bunch of crooks and scammers beware. This location does not know what customer service is. My $80 order was horrible the pizza was painful. Had requested them to take it back. I settled for the pizza in the end due to external factors and a delivery guy who was kind told me there would be a credit on my account since my order was butchered. I went to ask about my credit and it was like nothing happened. When a business makes a promise they should adhere to it. I give this place 0 for poor everything. Again be ware when ordering 241 it’s not the same. Plus the guy with the light eyes did not adhere to proper hygiene and did not wash his hands when handling pizza. Never ordering from here again.

The pesto sauce is the best!!! 😍 The pizza crust is so crispy and delicious too, it might be the best part of our meal. We got two pizzas with vegan cheese and it might be top 3 affordable vegan pizza options in the city. Shout out to the kind family that works here, we can't wait to come back! 💗

Pete was very rude. He passed racial comments on me . Uber eats gave promotion buy one get one, that doesn’t mean i am getting everything free, i paid for the pizza dint get what i ordered for . When i questioned pete he says u got one free so get out of the store don’t complaint. I also report to the head office regarding his behaviour. I would never recommend anyone to buy from here.
Pizza was fresh and well made, but taste of pizza isn't really good. The sauce they use either they're applying very little or sauce all together isn't well made. No taste of sauce at all. If they improve the sauce maybe the taste will improve

Bad experience... this is second time. I regularly order cheese pizzas from here since more than a year. The chefs also know me personally but one guy is so reluctant to put Italian herbs/seasoning on the cheese pizza. Even after requesting, he bluntly refused. The seasoning is not a topping, is it? So why so much fuss to put little bit of it on pizza? I'm not going to order again unless my complaint is noted. Update (31st July): The feedback form was also submitted on 7th July when I posted this review, but received no response on that. However, as mentioned in the service provider's reply on Google Reviews, I've submitted the feedback form again on 31st July. Awaiting the response....
