The Uncle burger was insanely good, BenDeen was right. Literally gobbled this meal. Coke was popping and fries were hot and crispy. What more can I ask for. 10/10

I went for shopping with my friends and its lunch time we visited A&W we ordered three meals in which one of them we upgrade onion rings there was a front cashier young lady her behaviour was nice but when i find hair in my onion rings then i went to front desk there was another short height old lady her behaviour was very rude she didn’t said sorry for single time she don’t know how to treat with customers as i paid for my food but its her duty to serve properly maintain food quality and treat with customers nicely while complaining i saw the other lady with purple coloured hairs who was on sandwich station was not wearing hair net. That was totally disappointed me because i also working in food court i know the proper policies and about food contamination. At last I recommend they should wear gloves and proper uniform things to maintain food quality and customer service. Hope after reading my review somebody take action against that lady who don’t know how to deal with customers. Thanks

I mean seriously, they don’t even wear gloves to make food .This is ridiculous.i don’t have option to give zero
Went today around lunchtime and the lady at front counter( short heightened)Filipino was so rude absolutely no manners how to talk to a customer and behave in customer service.I just asked i need everything fresh within 15 seconds of my order and she said everything is made already.🤦🏼♂️🫡

We liked the freshness and the taste of their food, we ordered masala veggie burgers and onion rings. The staff is friendly and humble, we surely would like to come back again.

They have halved the size of the chicken strips. Literally cut it half and selling one half for the same full price. So now you get one and a half pieces of chicken strips when you pay for three full pieces of chicken strips.

I had a terrible experience at A&W recently. The lady working in the back was extremely rude, and I could hear her slamming the burgers around. To make matters worse, she even cursed loudly, using the word “tangina,” which is a disrespectful term in Tagalog. I was really shocked by the lack of professionalism and respect. It made my visit unpleasant, and imagine spending 50$ and getting this kind of service is sick. I won’t be returning anytime soon.
