Whoever (the cook!) made my sausage and egger sandwich this morning, the egg was beyond perfect! The eggs are actually eggs made from scratch and not some rubbery stuff you get at some other places. Everything from the hashbrown (fried and crispy to perfection) and the coffee (smooth!). Will definitely come back for breakfast!!!

Went here this morning with a friend. She had a breakfast, I had a couple of value meal items. I've had these value meal selections at other A&W outlets, and they were pretty good. Not here, totally bland and tasteless. No ketchup, had to ask for it.
My friend, she only ate half of the breakfast, for the same reason. I tried some of her leftovers The tomato, bland and flavorless The eggs, the same, rubbery in testure. The potato pattie, this actually had a bit of flavor, considering it was likely from one of those No Frills potato pattie packages.
The server, though she was OK with me, clearly she didn't want to be there.
Oh, and to top this all off, while customers were waiting to be served, we had this damn panhandler working the line over, pushy too. Not A&W's fault, but it just really put the experience over the top for us.
This outlet, cutting all the corners. Filling, but just that. Not worth the money
Gross. I saw the staff there touched the burger with hand without any protection.

We went to the Scarborough town centre. We went in the food court and bought mcdonald’s veggie burger. We needed just 1 more straw and we were sitting in front of the A&W so I went there to borrow a straw from restaurant staff. She asked me that did we bought from there? I said no and she refused to give a straw to me!!
We never felt humiliated like this.
A&W if you are hearing this, utensils and use of washrooms must be permitted to everyone. This policy of you guys will not take you any more longer.
The cashier lady was not providing any customer service.

not sure why their drinks taste slimy and weird… it spilled all over in my bag and my stuff. i’m sooooooooooooooo pissed with this service she didn’t even close the lid. she used her hands to make the food and no gloves never coming here again.
