During the daily specials for the hockey season, there’s often a decent five dollar deal. I happen to order the teen burger with fries for five dollars, but I always ask for the burger without seasoning and the fries without salt since that way, I reduce the sodium input as well as the burger and the fries are usually fresher. In this case, they did the order perfectly and certainly the woman at the serving counter was very nice, but the french fries had a real foul smell to them. I’m not sure how often they change the oil since this is a 24 hour operation but clearly these did not smell very good even though they were technically fresh. These were actually hot fries, but they were much browner than normal so I’m not sure if they were fresh or just refried ones sitting around. The location is quite handy and there’s enough parking for quick drop ins but it’s really designed for drive-through even though there’s lots of seats. Service here is very good and the place seems quite clean but if 50% of what you’re serving is rancid or foul smelling then there’s not much point in going to this place. The french fries definitely should not have an odor to them.

Wow what a beautiful and extremely clean restaurant. I had a cold drink in a glass and it quenched my thirst, along with that drink I had a passion fruit milk shake and that was really good. Yummy 😋 Cleaning chairs, everything looks really new and clean. By the way the uncle burger and fries were cooked to perfection. I will be sitting inside again.
Hate to give this review to one of my favorite Franchises. But overall bad experience at this location. Went for breakfast,Coffee machine was out of service was forced to pay extra juice, out of all the choices they only had bacon n egger available. The hash brown tasted like yesterday's oil was used. This was at 10am BTW. And I think it's not good for no Manager to be around. Only 2 workers running everything shows lack of leadership.

the price is a bit expensive for the food quality but overall pretty good! if you're someone who doesn't like really greasy food then don't get the onion rings. i don't like leaving negative reviews because this is a fast food place so it doesn't even matter but the guy at the counter over the weekend was not very nice and was acting like we were taking up so much of his time which makes no sense because we were the only customers in the entire place so pls work on that...

This location has terrible service been waiting in line to order for 20 minutes this is the case every time and it’s never busy inside the staff only focus on the drive through customers tarnishing the experience of the walk ins

This is simple ! This location doesnt honor A&W advertisements. Egger and a small coffee 3.99 with no time period advertise! and they won't sell me the deal. Then they told me only at this location I can get this deal between 7am to 11am. Every other location no time period. So thank u Jesse at that location for failing to do his job
