Jassy lassy (Jaskaran) forgot our order and then told us to leave the dining area without giving us our food. So my group got up from the table and said “well if you want us to leave please give us our food it’s been like 20 mins.” The people who ordered after us got their food first before us. To add to it we paid extra money for mozzarella cheese on the burgers and he forgot. So when asked he was like what mozzarella and started arguing. He then took the burger to the back without any type of gloves just added the cheeses and said what the cheese is right here? Like please don’t insult our intelligence when we just saw you place the cheese with your bare hands.

Teach your team members proper customer service and when people are waiting for the food that your team is taking time on ordering do not try to kick them out. Do not appreciate the attitude and especially as someone who works in the hospitality industry it’s disgusting and disrespectful.

The menu shows the burger has all the ingredients but in reality there is nothing. Even the burger patty was thin.

worst costumer service

Maybe it’s just me but I find their coffee to be much better than most. I am also on a mission to cut down harmful carbs - their lettuce wrapped burgers are the best for my low carb diet. I personally feel much better and lost a lot of weight on a low carb diet. That’s just me - I am NOT giving medical or dietary advice. I love dining at A&W when it comes to fast food.

I have tried my first strawberry milkshake from a&w. I will definitely be going back for more.

Had Veggie Masala burger. It wasn’t close to the Indian taste I was looking for. Disappointed.

Today, my husband and I visited our favorite A&W drive-thru at PC Pharmacy, 1896 Eglinton Ave E. We go there often, so it already feels like our neighborhood spot, but today’s experience was truly extraordinary.

The person taking our order was incredibly calm and attentive, making us feel like we were the only ones that mattered. My husband asked for our hash browns to be well done, and they were nothing short of perfect—truly mind-blowing!

I was so moved by the genuine care and attention we received that I tried to see who was behind the exceptional service. Even though I didn’t catch his name, he was working around 11:20 AM today. I felt deeply heard and appreciated, and it made our visit special in a way that’s hard to put into words.

I wanted to take a moment to share this experience and express my heartfelt thanks for making our day so memorable. Your dedication truly made a difference, and we are grateful for it.
