Ordered veggie burger and chicken burger. While preparing the order the staff put the chicken patty and then on top of that put the veggie patty which is cross contamination it should be placed separately. Miss kawal was in the front who was not attentive and poor customer service. We always order from this store but today when we saw how wrongly they are handling the food safety standards we will not come back to this store.

This restaurant is one of the best that I’ve seen in Scarborough. The service is awsome and the food is excellent. We have breakfast with family members at the spot and we have been coming here for quite some time.

Came in here and ordered 3 frosted root beers for my brother, nephew and myself. Paid and watched at least 8 different people behind us in line order meals who ALL got served before us and left, while some sat down and even had time to finish their meals and leave all before they went near the machine to make our order. Asked if the machine is broken or something and they told us no and I asked what could possibly be taking this long and they said having to change something in the machine… they literally waited until nobody was left in line to even start making our 3 drinks which when they actually got to it didn’t take long at all. But we waited at least 15-20 minutes just for that. Why?

So disgusting to see that they are handing the order to customer, touching their cloths and jewellery and going back to making budgeting without washing hands🤮. Needs to be reported to health department. Never coming back and will advise my friends and family to go elsewhere.

Probably the most underwhelming experience. The burger was too simple, to the point where I thought to myself. This tastes like a homemade burger & is on the small side. The onion rings had a good seasoning, but were a bit too salty. I tried giving the root beer a try, but it still tastes like toothpaste to me. As for the service, I can't say much as I ordered through the app and chose takeout.
I went to get their root beer as they had a promo on their app. The wait time was very long but eventually I got my root beer and it tasted great! Nice cool drink in this heat wave that we are all enduring.

I went there to buy fries, I usually order from there and they always make it nice, but today in both the fries there were no salt at all, they were completely bland, and it’s understandable if they are super busy, but it wasn’t. I had to take it home, toss it with some salt then eat it. But, then what’s the whole point of buying it from outside? If we have to make it edible after coming home. Then I’ll rather make it myself instead of speading 10$ outside.
