Just had my worst experience at this location. First I asked to pay for something for another costumer an have it placed with there order and I was told no. I am so disappointed about that. Then I asked for my order to be packed like a courier because I was walking with my dog and a bag was thrown down and the server left. I spent 50 dollars and I am so disappointed with the service. By the time i got home my food was squished and half my drink spilled. I go here alot and have been going here since it open and I don't think I asked for to much. If possible I would like some answers from corporate or a manager. So upset about this I know the owner would not agree with the service I received today. Do not go here when its lunchtime for the school or after school.

I went around Thursdays 2 am this place yesterday. I didnt like so many thing about this but if I say one thing so they didnt care ful about hygiene. Yesterday that lady didnt wear glow during making burger. Its not good. They should careful about that. I will never again visit that place and I will also not prefer to other person go there.

Today I went a&w to pick my uber order .The guy working at the front he was so calm ,attentive and when I just entered he said hi to me .So ,overall I can say a good customer service I will give 5 star for his service. Bro :)

Ordered veggie burger and chicken burger. While preparing the order the staff put the chicken patty and then on top of that put the veggie patty which is cross contamination it should be placed separately. Miss kawal was in the front who was not attentive and poor customer service. We always order from this store but today when we saw how wrongly they are handling the food safety standards we will not come back to this store.

Came in here and ordered 3 frosted root beers for my brother, nephew and myself. Paid and watched at least 8 different people behind us in line order meals who ALL got served before us and left, while some sat down and even had time to finish their meals and leave all before they went near the machine to make our order. Asked if the machine is broken or something and they told us no and I asked what could possibly be taking this long and they said having to change something in the machineā¦ they literally waited until nobody was left in line to even start making our 3 drinks which when they actually got to it didnāt take long at all. But we waited at least 15-20 minutes just for that. Why?

So disgusting to see that they are handing the order to customer, touching their cloths and jewellery and going back to making budgeting without washing handsš¤®. Needs to be reported to health department. Never coming back and will advise my friends and family to go elsewhere.
