Service is good but what I saw is the staff not wearing gloves while serving fries neither using scoop.

Please have some common sense you are in the food business I ordered delivery and there were tissue papers on top of my fries. Now I can’t use the tissues the fries are soggy.

Bacon is not tasty, and the sausage isn’t good. However the service is okay.

The worst part was their washroom. It was a mess and made me not want to come back. Hope it can be improved.

I will give a high recommendation to alim for keep all the customer treated the same with a huge smile and keep everyone feel comfortable and one thing also catches my sight is when he make sure all the food are secured with paper bag as a value of taking care of food who ever eats it and and his crew also is nice and hard working 💗

I visited A& W at Brimley and Eglington. From the moment my song and I walked in. It was nothing but a phenomenal welcome and continued kindness. Thank you Alim, you shined so bright and even greeted my little one. I felt so good eating my meal just thinking of the kindness and joy displayed. Awesome service. Say hi to Alim when you visit.

I noticed that the staff were preparing food without wearing gloves. They were also handling pickles and onions with bare hands. This raises hygiene concerns and should be addressed

WORST A&W EVER

Visited this A&W location today and had a very disappointing experience. I found hair in my Mama Burger, which was extremely unhygienic. What made it worse was seeing food being prepared with bare hands and no hair net or gloves.

The lady staff member taking the order was unpleasant, and when I reported the issue, no apology was offered. For a place that promotes quality and cleanliness, this was unacceptable.

Saw cockroaches in the store and the employee went straight from the cash register to preparing my food without even washing her hands 🤮

I have nothing bad to say about this location.
I’ve been a few time and always had a delightful experience.
Fast service & good people.
