I went to this A&W location for the first time. Honestly the experience was not so good. Crew seemed a bit confused with the order and details.
Hygiene Of the store - Very very bad
The washroom is in the worst state that it can be. The tap is broken and so loose that if you try pulling with least strength it might just fall off. The diaper changing area in the washroom was extremely dirty.
The overall store was fine but to be honest not a positive experience at all.

Very disappointed with the customer service. The staff didn’t even bother to greet us—served us like we were asking for free food. Absolutely no courtesy or basic respect

They do not wear gloves when preparing food.

Don't know how you have a promotion that you can't support. Wanted to order a few of those Steakhouse Teen burger but they have no jam ... is this bad supply management for the store? I stopped going to Timmies in the area cause they are always out of something. I guess I won't be back here ... maybe it's a thing for this area? But clearly people aren't doing their jobs and this results in loss of customers and revenue............ Do Better! ... It's not hard!

i ordered the food from these location 3 time and all the time i got wrong order and Today I got the whole order of different person.

I am pure vegetarian and they gave me beef burger.

Super friendly staff never ever seen in any other A&W. Keep up the amazing work

Harsh is the worst food service worker I’ve ever encountered at any restaurant ever

Went to this a&w at 3:45am today when this guy decided to ruin my day. Failed to get my order right, refused to make it right and got offended when politely confronted. If you ever have to go to this a&w make sure this guy stays away from ur food.

terrible experience with the night staff at this location. I waited an unreasonably long time before anyone even acknowledged me, and it seemed like they were completely uninterested in providing basic customer service. The service was incredibly slow, and to make things worse, the place felt unhygienic, which was disappointing for a food establishment. A real letdown! Do not even deserve one star.
