i ordered the food from these location 3 time and all the time i got wrong order and Today I got the whole order of different person.

I am pure vegetarian and they gave me beef burger.

Harsh is the worst food service worker I’ve ever encountered at any restaurant ever

Went to this a&w at 3:45am today when this guy decided to ruin my day. Failed to get my order right, refused to make it right and got offended when politely confronted. If you ever have to go to this a&w make sure this guy stays away from ur food.

terrible experience with the night staff at this location. I waited an unreasonably long time before anyone even acknowledged me, and it seemed like they were completely uninterested in providing basic customer service. The service was incredibly slow, and to make things worse, the place felt unhygienic, which was disappointing for a food establishment. A real letdown! Do not even deserve one star.

This morning around 2:25 AM I purchased a burger meal at this location and noticed that the staff were preparing food with unwashed hands. The person who took my order picked up the patty and placed it on the grill without washing his hands, and he wasn't even wearing gloves. When I asked why they weren't using gloves, they told me that it's not a requirement. This is absolutely disgusting! It's an unsanitary place to buy food!

My kids and I went to this location for Halloween because of the kids meals that were free. We will come back because the service was exceptional they were so kind to the kids even though it was busy and long line ups. In the chaos my son forgot his jacket. An employee found his code on the label took the time to send it through and it emailed us to pick it up at the location. I'm so grateful winter jackets are so expensive! Thank you A&W!! My new fav location.Special thanks to this employee for going over and beyond at work!

Halloween!! Free kids combos after trick or treating was nice

The bathroom has no toilet paper and it was disgusting and not sanitary. She openly told another customer to use the same washroom after I complained about the situation.
