A1 Sweets is a business with integrity and commitment to excellent customer service. We placed a takeout order over the phone, and upon reaching home, noticed that one of the items was missing, and we had already been charged for it. When we called to inform them, they handled the situation with grace and professionalism.

They offered us a credit, we requested if they could deliver the missing item instead. To our surprise, they agreed to deliver the item to our home promptly. Running a business means mistakes can happen, but how a business corrects those mistakes speaks volumes about the people behind it.

This was an incredible gesture, and we are truly grateful for their effort to make things right. A1 Sweets has earned our loyalty, and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for great Indian food and exceptional customer care.

Thank you, A1 Sweets, for proving that integrity is at the heart of your business!

Just the wait time can be a killer. Food is good. Sometimes you wonder even a Naan and curries that is in the front takes such a long time. A couple of times I felt the front staff a bit arrogant. There is a feeling that they have more customers visiting them and hence they are not obligated to be a but sensitive to customer service and wait times

“I’m a regular customer at A1 Sweets, and every visit is a delight! Their food is consistently delicious and fresh. I’ve tried their veggie meal, samosa chaat, and sweets, all of which are amazing. The restaurant is clean, creating a pleasant dining atmosphere.

The staff at A1 Sweets truly stand out for their exceptional customer service. Navjot, who often takes my order, is especially impressive—she is friendly, communicative, and ensures every customer feels welcomed and valued.

Overall, A1 Sweets excels in both food quality and service.

I ordered khasta kachori for my Diwali party. Probably the worst kachori ever in my life. I made a mistake of not checking each piece at the time of pickup ( you know sometimes you trust people) Not a single kachori was puffed up or khasta. They were hard, flat, super thick big puri. Very disappointed. Please don’t order from them.

A1 Sweets had the best Diwali special sweets! We tried the chana batura and thali with malai kofta, naan, palak paneer, and mixed veggie, and everything was delicious. The service was great too! Highly recommend it for anyone looking for tasty food!

I use to work here when i was student , in 2015 , and i know this place from inside, the owners are really bad, they used to have their mother in kitchen who all the time cursing the kids who are new , and at the end they want you to work all the days on cash and when you try to leave they will not give you the last paycheque. And kitchen is full of cockroaches , rats . I remember one time , the rats were all over the big plates of laddoos and the laddoos were like half eaten by rats , and you know what chef did, instead of throwing it out , they just put those in new mixture of laddoos. They think they are gods who plays with people life by not giving them their hard earned money and serving shitty food. I’ve known three or four more people who works in kitchen attest to mine review , and if anyone wants to confirm you can call me
So please avoid this place , god knows whats goes in your plate

Picked up 4 pounds of paneer pakora today for a dinner, got home to find they were rancid/bad. We've been going to this place for years, bought sweets and stuff for my wedding even. Not only did the owner not believe us but refuted the claim. Went back to the store just to be treated poorly and have to argue to get a refund of $40 on a $90 order. Indian restaurants need to be better with service especially as competition is growing. The name is A1 but the service was far from A+ and neither is their food number 1. Be better.
