was good before but now it's gone into complete ghetto garbage sadly. customer service is 0 star if possible. you can never really tell when it's open and don't expect phones to be answered, they only answer when they feel like . once or twice makes sense but if that's what it is majority of the time then it's just sad . But then the good thing is I found other doubles spot after looking around and willing to travel for it because of the service itself . I suggest you go to a quality restaurant and spend the same amount of money there.

Had my first double the other day, got the spicy one. It was very good.I walk by this place all the time and never really knew it was there. It's small and simple but the staff were nice and the food that I had was very good. Will be going back for sure

Worst service. No manners or sense of communication. I spoke with a man to ask about the doubles to ensure there were no allergies (no meat or dairy) and continued to ask about what fillings they use to which I did not receive a clear response. I asked again and the man got short with me and hung up. I called back thinking it was a mistake. I asked again and again the man got short, asking how many I want to order, and what time. I specified that I would be 10 minutes before closing and to which he replied, "no thanks, we're closing now" 45 minutes before closing time. Glad I did not give these people my money.

Hubby went In to pick up some doubles. He had a craving. He said the place was very old but clean enough. Customer service was ok as well.I was skeptical because of the reviews. I really like doubles and I didn’t want this to ruin it for me.So we started by getting just 2 and tasted those. If it was good, then we would get more. It wasn’t bad! Not oily! Tasted ok and it had enough channa filling. Definitely their hot sauce is what makes it better! But we found them to be a little on the small side compared to some of the other restaurants.We were hungry and it was good enough to get more.Is it my go-to place in Scarborough to get doubles? Probably not. But if I’m in the area, I would have it again.

Doubles? Great. Saheena? GreatCustomer service? Could really use some work.I was looking forward to trying ACR’s food after seeing Toronto Chef Devan’s review online. I came from the other side of the GTA to try it out. Google said their store closed at 7:30. I called ahead to place my order at 5:35. They initially took my order and informed me they were about to close. I told them I’d be there in 15 mins. They said ok. Then about 10 mins later I got a call from ACR telling me they were closing and asking if I was still coming. I said yes, that I was 5 mins away and I mentioned that Google said they closed at 7:30pm. Then, they just hung up on me. I did in the end, get my food but the experience was very off putting - like they didn’t want me to come.
