Taste of food has deteriorated drastically. We were a group of 7, tried beef kacchi and beef tehari and everyone felt the difference in taste. The kacchi was lacking basic ingredients like salt. We let the server know and asked to taste them and he came back saying he thinks the kacchi tastes as it should be. We didn’t have anything else to say after that. Paid the bill and left. Used to be a frequent customer of adda but sadly not coming back any more.

Decreased portion size, and kachhi smells. Still it is the first thing the server recommends. Weird.

I always recommended people to ADDA and I have been here countless times. However, recently their food quality, taste and service has deteriorated.
We noticed that they decreased the amount of beef tehari they serve, now they serve it in a smaller plate and much smaller portion. Before I would share one with my husband but now we simply cannot. And also, the taste was better before.
We took relatives who were visiting from abroad a few weeks ago and the server recommended kachhi when she asked for recommendation. I have heard before that their kachhi was smelly and I did tell her but since the server suggested it she went ahead and ordered it.

She couldn't even eat it and the smell was so overwhelming. when we called the waiter he not only didn't offer to give something in exchange, but also said that they will not take it from the bill.

Any other establishment honours you, but i guess the fame got to their head. I used to love coming to adda and I truly wanted to support local/ Bangladeshi business, but not anymore.

Whenever we have bangladeshi food cravings, our to go place is Adda. Kachchi Biriyani, tehari, paratha with mutton rezala are best. I love moglai paratha and puri. The best thing is they always accommodate our food restrictions (allergies). I never get disappointed from Adda.

One of the BEST Biriyani place in Scarborough/Toronto area! Nice and cool environment, great customer service, and the Biriyani was just mouth watering! Masha-Allah ❤❤

ADDA was one of my favourite restaurants for Biryani. Whenever I order, they take 15/20 minutes to have them ready. It was the same timeframe for today at 12:10pm. They just opened and we were waiting for takeout. Ordered beef Kachchi and they delivered it in 15 minutes. Returned to the car and opened the box to smell the fresh Kachchi!!! It didn’t smell fresh!!! Started eating and noticed it’s not even warm!!! Realized it was in the freezer and less microwaved !!!! Went inside and asked them if the biryani was delivered fresh!!! They replied, it was in the freezer and we cooked them last night!!! So, IT WAS THE LEFTOVERS FROM LAST NIGHT AND IT WAS NOT EXPECTED!!! I could ask for a refund but, it’s a community restaurant, they will think I’m full and want money back!!! Just wasted $26 !!!! Soon you’ll see biryani cooked once a week and served throughout the week. It’s easy to preserve, microwave and serve!!! If so, then charge 8/10 dollars like others in town!! If I pay $26, I’ll have some expectations!!!

Self important. Pretentious. Utterly disgraceful service. Oily and terrible food. The only regret I have is having given them my business twice, and that’s twice too many more times than I should’ve.

We tried Bangali Kitchen in Ajax for something new. The service was excellent, and the food was tasty. I enjoyed the mutton biryani, though it seemed like lamb, which isn't my preference. However, the rice itself was delicious. Clean and pleasant atmosphere. We'll be back
