We just visited this branch. Took my whole family and spent $88.71. So many fly 🪰 on top of food. Complained to waiter and I Manager and unfortunately they don't give a shit. I would never come back here. Staff are really careless, they showed that they do not care about customers. Receipt and picture is attached and you can see the fly. Horrible experience. 😑

Arrived and was ignored at the door for several minutes

Ordered salad and was served on a HOT plate. Dressing was from a bottle and not homemade

Flies everywhere annoying to see and my guest was frustrated. 😣 first and last time. If you want a place to eat a be disappointed then go here. Otherwise better off to KEG or other cleaner setting.

The customer service was rude and disrespectful. We were three people—me, my wife, and a kid. My friend with his family of 4 also sits next to me. We both families were charged service fees for seven people, even though we are separate group, sat at separate tables, ordered separately, and paid separately. When we both politely asked them about this additional charge and request them take it off, they argued and behaved rude with raised voice.

On top of that, my steak was not cooked as I asked—I ordered medium but got well done. My friend ordered medium well but got medium rare.

The service, food quality, and overall experience were very disappointing. I had a bad time and would not recommend this place to anyone.

We just had our first visit to Affy’s Restaurant at 55 Lebovic Ave (Scarborough), and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Aisha welcomed us with a beautiful smile and took the time to walk us through the menu, recommending the best dishes for a first visit — and she was spot on!

The ribs were tender and flavorful, falling right off the bone, the fries were perfectly cooked and delicious, and we even got to try a new dessert that we really enjoyed.

Thank you, Aisha, for your beautiful smile, warm hospitality and excellent service. We’ll definitely be coming back!

We had the ribeye steak here which was delicious. Hasnat served us and was very professional in his interactions.

Amazing Steakhouse!

The rib eye was incredibly juicy and flavourful 😋 one of the best I’ve had so far in GTA. Special thanks to our server Hasnat who went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Great food and even better service 🔥

I went for family dinner at lebivic location. There were hair in stuffed chicken dish. I ordered sizzling beef with veggies and Thai sauce . The veggies were rotten and smell bad. I went to washroom 4 times next 4 hours. Disgusting food and service. Not worth even free.
