I just bought a box of sweets from this store, after I had one I decided that I will never buy again from this store because it doesn't taste like sweet and it is very hard to bite.

Absolutely disgusting experience with Alkaram Sweets.
I ordered frozen beef samosas, and they gave me frozen veggie samosas instead. They completely messed up my order — how hard is it to get one simple thing right?
I tried calling them — no answer. The voicemail told me to contact them on WhatsApp. I did, and of course, no reply. Totally unprofessional.
I had to drive all the way from Ajax just to correct their mistake. When I got there, they recognized me as a regular customer and even remembered giving me the samosas, yet they still asked for a receipt — which I never got because I paid cash. So I had no proof.
And instead of resolving the issue respectfully, they told me to stand to the side and wait, like I was a problem they’d get to eventually. Unbelievable.
Worst customer service I’ve experienced. Zero responsibility, zero apology, zero respect.
If this is how they treat regulars, I can only imagine how they treat new customers.
Avoid Alkaram Sweets. Total disappointment.

Its a Backery for Pakistani sweets. No dine in option. Apart from Gulab Jamans sweets are not sugary. Thats why its my favorite sweets shop.

This is the best place to buy Indian and Pakistani Sweets. I’ve been to many Mithai stores but this one came on top of all. Taste is what sets them apart. Their Peda and Kaju Katli are a must try. Price is reasonable. I will be a repeat customer for sure.
