Found this place with a coworker during a shift and he's been a customer of this place for a long time. I decided to purchase two items for here to try and indulge at home, these items being some chicken samosas and an assortment of pista, coconut and marble burfi. This is my first time trying burfi and I was amazed by all three variants. They were delicious and packed with their respective flavor. They're an ideal sweet to have after having the chicken samosa which was very yummy and exquisite in taste and presentation. Overall this experience was fantastic!

Very disappointed with the experience I had today. I specifically called before visiting to confirm if I could place an order close to closing time. The staff clearly told me that even if I arrived one minute before closing, I could still place my order.

When I reached the store, I was told that orders had to be placed before 6 PM. The lady at the counter was extremely rude, spoke arrogantly, and even accused me of lying about calling earlier — which was completely untrue and uncalled for.

It’s very unprofessional to misinform customers over the phone and then treat them disrespectfully in person. If there’s a policy about when orders must be placed, it should be clearly communicated — and customers should never be spoken to so rudely.

My family frequently goes to this place, and I like their sweets. Last time I went, there were only five customers ahead of me, but I still had to wait almost 40 minutes to buy sweets. Meanwhile, I politely asked the young girl working there if she could call for another person to help, since many people were lining up and we had already been waiting longer than expected. She did not respond and just continued with what she was doing. There was no courtesy or sense of customer service. It felt like they just wanted to sell the sweets without caring about the customers. I have never experienced such poor customer service anywhere else. If they are not able to handle this number of people, they need to have more workers. At the very least, staff should talk to customers and let us know to please wait a few more minutes, so we feel acknowledged.I felt insulted and ignored, and it ruined my mood for the evening.

I also want to point out that there was a child who asked for napkins because his family had bought samosas. The storekeeper did not respond. The boy went back and asked again, but she still didn’t give him any napkins or even acknowledge him.

I have never seen customer service this poor. A business is not just about the taste of the food it should also include good customer service.

My dad buys sweets from this place for the last 20 years on and off. It is fresh especially the jalebis! The only thing I have to comment is do not stare at the person if they don’t belong to your community. Just welcome them regardless of where they originate from.

Very poor customer service.
On a Sunday morning only two staff members at counter.
Long line up and staff moving around very slow.
