I used to like this place but their service is poor. Today I ordered a manakeesh and a box of 12 mini pies, paid for it, but I was standing in front of the window for more than 5 mins before they asked me what I want in the box, then they gave my box to someone who had walked in after me, and I waited 5-10 mins more and they gave me a box of random mini pies that I hadn’t ordered, and I only realized after I got home and I opened the box, they gave me what I hadn’t ordered and did not want. Big disappointment.

Whoever taught you customer service - I don't know but that response was SO SHORT SIGHTED. 5 years of being your customers and putting up with your disrespect IS ENOUGH.

It is MY fundamental right to request a refund from uber when I receive a completely wrong order. FYI - I've told your location numerous times I'm allergic to onions and you still insist on sending them.

$16 plate of foul with veggies and 2 pitas (This is YOUR menu, I didn't see it written anywhere as a courtesy). Your cucumbers are dead, your tomatoes are always soggy. I always ask for no cumin - you somehow triple up on cumin every single time.

The fact that you thought it was OKAY To respond the way you did instead of simply apologizing or trying to make it right tells me just how short sighted and dumb you are as a store owner. Unbelievable. I'd like to also point out that I write it on every single order.

Also - your manakeesh - whatever those are in the photo - is not what I ordered. I ordered the mix cheese (closed minis and spinach and cheese and the meat sifa... WHERE IS THIS CORRECT?!)

This is my first time eating Lebanese food.

Staff was friendly and helpful.

This location is a very modest size, with food prep and take-out sales on the main floor.

It also has a second-floor dining area, where I waited for my food with a handheld electronic device that signaled when my food was ready to pick up from the main floor.

I had two items from the menu -- the 'Donair Beef Shawarma' and the 'Shawarma Chicken and Cheese Manakeesh'.

Both were delicious and filling.
