Alleys Paratha Rolls & Chai

Best paratha roll I have ever had in Canada. At par with the taste in Karachi. Both chutni and mayo roll were tasty and delicious. Need to improve a bit in service as my order took 35 min fkr 4 rolls.

Parking: Though I was lucky finding parking as one family was moving out, parking lot was way too busy

I tried their chicken green chutney roll and aaloo garlic mayo roll. And i must tell you all, it's worth trying. Thumbs up ?

We drove all the way from Milton which took us 55 mins to get there after all the hype from the bloggers . The taste was ok nothing exceptional. Honest Karachi roll corner at ridgeway is far better. I will never ever trust bloggers now who are paid to give good reviews . The most disappointing part was NOT the food but the customer service we received. I told the guy at the cashier that we drove all the way he didn’t acknowledged at all and had no reaction . He didn’t even suggested properly which rolls were good and had no personal touch to customer. I mean why have you hired employees who have no customer service ethics and can’t even smile at you . Please don’t hire such employees . It is so disappointing. Even people at the back were busy eating or doing something. Such creepy people who were just staring at you . Looks like a ghost town . Please don’t go if you’re driving all the way from other towns . I never post reviews because I have worked in customer service myself for 10 plus year but for this one I had to .

Got food poisoning. 2nd time

I tried before and got food poisoning.
Yesterday i went back thinking that the last order might be a mistake. But same thing this time also. Im sitting in washroom right now writing this review. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND HEALTH

There was a great hype for their rolls so I decided to try, we tried the beef roll. They had put chicken liver instead of beef. When I questioned why is it soft their staff mentioned they cook it soft. I am a chef myself I know it is not 100% beef. No mistake with the staff he was very respectful and responsive.The taste was average, too much sauce and became messy. I will probably try their chicken next time and give my honest review.

It was very yummy paratha roll, immensely enjoyed. However, I am surprised that I couldn't find calorie information for each roll. Please start printing calories in your Menu.

I ordered two chicken green chutney roll from Uber Eats and had been waiting for one hour and at the end my order got cancelled. I never tried this restaurant before and thought of trying it this time and this is the kind of services being offered!!! That just gives a bad impression of this place
