This is my go to shawarma place but I came here twice recently and there’s a server who is the absolute worst! He has no customer service skills at all!!! Didn’t speak. He just stared. No hello or goodbye or even asked what I wanted on it. Just used his hands. Tall guy with glasses.

My usual place I go to was closed so I decided to give this place a try especially since people said the service was good. There was no good service. The guy serving me had no emotion or bothered to even say hello until I said hello. I bought a chicken shawarma and honestly it was terrible. He gave me all the dry parts of the chicken, veggies were bad as well. One of the veggies definitely went bad cause it was a weird taste, I’m assuming it was the pickles. He put the shawarma in the grill press for 10 seconds. I dont understand why if all it did was squish the shawarma and not actually give a crispy bread taste. Ended up throwing majority of it away cause it upset my stomach. I was nice and polite so I know they didn’t give me a bad shawarma on purpose. But after that experience and wasting my money, I’m not coming here anymore.

Got a shawarma plate from them. The meat was fresh and veggies were fresh as well. Would recommend. Price was also cheaper than most other places

Been coming here for almost 20 years and have fond memories of feasting on the shawarma wraps, growing up. Will continue to come here despite the distance from my East York home.

Tried out for 1 st time…. Was ok nothing special! Price & quantity was good! Felt falafel was bit uncooked, felt like doughy..

Always worth it. Amount of food 10/10. 8/10 customer service. A little more focus on customer service and they would get 10/10
