The food is fresh and delicious. I ordered the Kerala lunch box and loved every curry it included, especially the beef curry, which tasted just like a classic beef roast. I’ll definitely be trying more!

Went to Ammi’s South Indian Cuisine in Scarborough with my brother on the recommendation of a friend who lives in Oshawa.
The beef biryani was perfectly cooked and had a taste that will bring me back here - perhaps a little too often.
Their mango lassi, which I rarely have as it fills me up too much, was soooo delicious. Thanks for the recommendation. It certainly was worth the trip.

I had their pothi parotta and it’s the best I’ve ever had so far! Perfectly flavored, juicy, and absolutely delicious. The staff were welcoming and friendly, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for authentic taste and great service!

Great Food that worth the price. Had a Pothi-choru from Ammis, which had a really good quantity. Only Thing that I have to separately mention is you should ask customers if they need the fish curry separate or mixed with the rice. Because when I got the fish curry mixed with rice It was quite spicy which some people might not be able to handle. Overall I really liked the food.
