People were friendly. When I visited, the lady was scratching her head and didn't wash her hand before serving a customer. I got a pound of Jalebi and Pakora, upon my pickup, I found a cockroach crawling on the desk. They have very poor cleanliness protocols. I hope they work on that. It's extremely important but I guess they're undermining it.

Why have an online ordering system when your store is not receiving orders. Placed an order online and got the confirmation email and text. Upon arriving at the store, I am notified that the order is not received, and one of the items ordered is not even in stock. At the very least, advise on your website on items not in stock. Don't waste your customers' time. Very disappointed !
