It seems that this place already has so many bad reviews. I took my family to dine there for dinner, and sad to say that it was not a good experience. The manager highly recommended a vegetable dish that we then ordered, but we found a DEAD CATERPILLAR stirred in with the rest of the greens. Quite disgusting, and it made us lose our appetite for the rest of the food we ordered. We told the manager and he only agreed to comp that dish and give 10% off the rest of the dishes we ordered. We requested for more compensation as we have lost interest in the rest of the food since now we’re doubting the cleanliness of their kitchen. The manager refused to give us any more than a 10%. He then frantically tried to give us as much freebies of dessert and drinks as we wanted, and when we refused his offers, he begged us not to write a bad review on Google. Said he would get in a lot of trouble. Judging by the numerous bad reviews about him on Google and the fact that he’s still there, I’m not sure how much trouble he actually gets into ??♀️
Anyways, that will be my last time dining at that restaurant. It is clear now why it’s always so empty all the time.

What an amazing restaurant! Food was perfect! Service was phenomenal! The cat robot that delivered the appetizers.... cherry on top! Really fun time! Noodles were the best I've had and the sweet and sour chicken not too far behind. Highly recommend!

We ordered a set dinner meal for the eleven of us with two added favourite dishes but half of the dishes turned out to be mediocre at best. Very disappointing because I had been to this location of Asian Legend for at least 7 times and this time for supper it failed us big time.

Do yourself a favour and avoid this place. Terrible service specifically from the "Manager". My family and I decided to dine here for Mother's Day .... RUINED by the negative experience. Food is also mediocre at best.
I made a reservation 1 week prior. The night before our reservation, the Manager called asking if we could come earlier than 6PM (our original reservation time). So, we agreed to come at 5:30PM. We get there and there are numerous empty tables and throughout our 2 hours there .... the restaurant stayed with some empty tables.
The Manager is terribly disoriented ... he took our order paper and for some reason placed it on the empty table beside us instead of bringing it to the kitchen. We had to flag down another employee and bring it to their attention. Otherwise, we wouldn't be getting any food. The employee we flagged down apologised to us stating the Manager is "forgetful" sometimes.
Once the food came .... we noticed none of us had utensils to eat with. So, again we had to request some.
Throughout dinner, the Manager was yelling, micromanaging and running all over the restaurant frantically for no reason. Sir, calm down. Calm is key. The other servers were pleasant and we had no issues with them. The Manager needs to stop yelling/being rude at their staff in-front of customers. Quite frankly it's extremely unprofessional and unpleasant to hear and see.
They also forgot our fried rice order. When we asked about it (4 times), the Manager was extremely dismissive. Said it was on it's way each time. Total wait time was 15-20 minutes for the rice and this was after being there for 1.5hr. At this point, we just wanted the bill. I asked him to cancel the rice if it wasn't made yet.... but he ignored me. Then came back saying its on its way when it really wasn't. It finally came and we asked for a to-go box and the bill.
The bill came real quick, but the Manager walked away without giving us the machine to pay. Had to request it from another employee.
When the payment was made, the Manager rushed over to come look at it. Then, proceeded to apologize because it was Mother's Day and the place was "so busy".... it wasn't packed.
My family and I have dined here before and it wasn't like this. Perhaps there was a change in management but not for the better. We will NOT be returning.
