It’s not a coincidence that a large number of clients complain about the terrible customer service. I shop here for buns every now and then because I live close by, but I dont feel like going back after my last experience. I was purchasing a dozen buns, however they are packaged only as 6 per bag. So they have a price of $3.50 for 6 and $4.25 for the dozen. The Cashier had the nerve to argue with me that i was buying 2 packs of 6 and wanted to charge me double. I ended up leaving empty handed over their ridiculous marketing stunt. Pathetic.

Horrible customer service. I order bulk from them and for the third time now they have messed up my order and left something out. They are given 48 hours notice to prepare the order and still could not contact me to let me know something would be missing. Furthermore after speaking to management I was told I could not be reimbursed unless I spend more. Will never be going back to this place unless it’s a last resort and even then I would try my best not to go back.
