If you like rice 🍚 than more stuff in your rice then this place is for you. The specialty is made to order casserole rice, anything with preserved meat, which is sliced chinese sausages, pork belly, and such plus the eel works well against the rice base seasoned with as much or as little soy sauce. The free herbal soup is sweetened by the corn and carrots. Their special rice rolls are the best part of their menu. It gets filling quite quickly as you're basically eating a lot of rice. Cash only.

I stopped by this restaurant just as a quick eat place but ended up staying there for a while- so beware! However, the food that I received was truly out of this world. I will recommend this place ten times out of ten to someone that wants a good, hearty, hot meal. It may not look appealing from the outside but I promise you that you will be leaving fully satisfied and wanting to come back the second you step foot out the door! Not only is the food delicious, the prices are super reasonable! Stop by this place if you’re in the area or go out of your way to try it - you won’t be disappointed!

Taste ok, but waitness didn't serve us in good way

Terrible service, very disappointing experience.
I went on a weekend evening and ordered a combo meal. During the whole time I was eating, the two female staff members were just chatting with each other and completely ignoring me. I had to remind them to give me the vegetables, which should have been included in the combo. As for the soup, they completely forgot — even after I finished my meal. When I asked, they just said they had already put the soup away because they were closing soon. To make things worse, they rushed me to choose a soda instead, and when I wanted to pick another drink, they tried to charge me an extra $1. Finally, when I paid in cash, they didn’t give me any change back. They just kept the extra as a tip without asking.

I definitely won’t be coming back.

They are special in casserole rice. There are a lot of choices to choose from. The meal combo comes with a side dish veggie and a Chinese soup with a friendly price on the wallet. It tastes light so you can adjust the saltyness on your own with their specialty soy sauce. The topping sausages, chicken and meat are delicious.

Decent rice but chicken tasted weird

Been going here since they opened back in 2019. Excellent casserole combo at a very reasonable price. Combo includes soup and veggies. They have dim sum items like beef rice rolls. Friendly service in both English and Chinese.

Authentic casserole rice or claypot rice! The flavor was spot on, sauce to add to the “doneness” and sizzle of the dish was not salty. I love how the casserole / claypot held the heat, which made some of the rice “toasted,” as it should be! Serving portion was good. If you’re hungry, you can order a casserole rice for yours. Serving time was within the acceptable time. Knowing that casserole rice takes awhile to prepare and cook, they served our orders within 20 minutes. The casserole rice orders came with soup - which they will serve at once - and veggies.

Good value for dishes. Nice soup come with the rice. The rice was decent with enough ingredients to fill you for dinner. The rice rolls are delicious also. Nice neighborhood business

We went to Good Taste Casserole Rice on a Saturday, we were seven and we all ordered a rice casserole. They took longer to be served than most dishes in general. They came with a soup and a side of vegetables. I like that we get to add our own salt and soy sauce ourselves. We all loved the crispy rice stuck on the casseroles, as shown on one of the pictures. We don’t get to eat that with our instant rice cookers anymore, unlike when my parents used to cook our rice in a pot on the stove. Overall fresh, good and reasonably priced Chinese comfort food.
