Ordered the beef pancake, mini pork wonton soup and shredded bean curd. The wonton soup was average at best. The wrapper was too thick for mini wonton and the flavour was a little off. Good tasting bean curd and nice deep fried beef pancake. Good meal but no reason to come back. Bought some frozen baos home and they completely changed my mind. The baos were juicy with great flavour. The meat filling also didn't clump together like meatball. 5 stars just for the bao here.

Went there for Mon lunch. Place is small so it might be difficult to get a table. Food is really good and inexpensive. Had fried rice with egg, green onion pancake, steamed dumplings & Baos. Got 10% discount for paying cash ($38 before tip). Lady is nice.

Another favorite restaurant of mine! This place was recommended by my sister, and it did not disappoint. The food is not only delicious and well-priced, but the portions are huge. I was already so full from the purple rice congee I thought it would be a small bowl, but it turned out to be hugeee!

The dumplings were crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and super juicy. Even the side dishes came in generous portions. The crispy stinky tofu was also amazing very saucy and full of flavor. The space is a bit small, but honestly, what a hidden gem!

I'm not familiar with this type of food but it's definitely not taiwanese food. The beef noodle soup is clear and the stinky tofu is completely different. I didnt try their dumplings, it's probably good.

Small but very clean Chinese breakfast place. The steamed bread and soup bun are yummy. The filling can have a little more meat. The pan fried dumplings were not as good as i anticipated. The service is quick and minimal. The interior is pleasant. The price is unbeatable. Will come back for more baozi.

Small cosy shop and everything was made in house. I tried their xiaolong bao and mackerel dumplings. It’s very fragrant and flavourful.

Bao-zi ke is a very small restaurant with 5 or 6 tables, and a excellent selection of various dumplings, buns and snacks. The dumplings and buns are superb, and made freshly in house. Service is courteous and helpful. Cash only.

We are delighted to discover this authentic Chinese snacks and dumplings place in Scarborough today. We especially enjoyed their dumplings, wontons and cucumber salad. The restaurant is tiny and very clean. The nice couple who owns this place is friendly. The husband/chef has decades of experience under his belt cooking Lu cuisine (One of the Four Great Traditions of Chinese cuisines) in Shandong Province of China.
