I ordered take out online for a future time, pickup was supposed to be 5pm. Store said closed when I was inputting the directions in maps but the site took my order anyway and my money.

I used to be a fan of bbq chicken. But the chicken that this location provides are not fresh. So disappointed. Feel like I wasted money. I won’t visit again

I’m very disappointed with the service I experienced today. I had ordered ahead for pick up but then got there and decided to order fries, they said they were out of the sauce so I then went ahead and asked for a different flavour which they were also sold out of.I left the store with my online order and decided to order the fries online because it said it was available. After I left the store I saw from outside the guy accepting the order we just made after telling us BOTH flavours were sold out.When my sister went to pick up the order we also asked for cheesy seasoning on the side but he said there wasn’t enough. Which was yet ANOTHER lie because minutes before my brother picked up his order the guys brought the whole tin of it out.So yet again we left the store and ordered the seasoning online and guess what he accepted it after telling us there wasn’t any.At this point he was laughing and being unprofessional. Literally walked in for a pick up for 7:20pm mind you they don’t close till 10.Food was great but the service was terrible.

Food is good, service needs improvement.From forgetting items in orders (which can be human error so I empathize), however lying about food availability when trying to order in person even though the item is available through online ordering is unnecessary. This happened twice today. The worker falsely and lazily advised us that the food item we had wanted was sold out (while smirking and laughing with his coworker) - however we decided to try to order online and the order was confirmed almost instantly.Also lied about not having a side dish/extra seasoning - ordered online minutes after and the order once again was approved. Unsure what this workers deal was, as it wasn’t any time near closing so it wasn’t as if these orders would keep him from closing up on time.I usually enjoy the food here but this experience left a bad taste. Do better!

The honey garlic chicken was good. 1 star for service and atmosphere because the employees were not very welcoming, they were both on their phones and I even had to ask if they were open because I was right infront of them, yet they didn't even bother greeting.

The Drunken Chicken next door is more delicious and cheaper. The chicken tastes like it has been frozen for a long time, and there are several special pieces.

Food was mediocre for the price, honestly wasn't that worth it. Secret sauce chicken sounds a lot better than it tastes. Employees couldn't communicate well, had to repeat multiple times for them to understand. There are better kbbq chicken places out

I tried to order online via Hungry Panda but it shows the store has stopped accepting orders. Then, i called the store to confirm and there was a cashier who has a poor english speaking doesnt not understand what Im saying. I called multiple times ( 8 TIMES ) again just to order thru phone due to rejection on online app, but it seems she intended not to pick up the calls. Disappointed!!!

Great place for fried chicken especially their red chak chak chicken is too good. Must have it hot though.
