Food is good, service needs improvement.From forgetting items in orders (which can be human error so I empathize), however lying about food availability when trying to order in person even though the item is available through online ordering is unnecessary. Food was mediocre for the price, honestly wasn't that worth it. Secret sauce chicken sounds a lot better than it tastes. Employees couldn't communicate well, had to repeat multiple times for them to understand. There are better kbbq chicken places out
Same great flavours and chicken as the other previous locations but sadly I feel like the garlic soy boneless order was missing a few pieces and some sauce and was a little light compared to the secret sauce boneless chicken order. Great location so I’ll definitely be back unless this becomes a constant issue
