I had a very disappointing experience with this restaurant. I found it on Google Maps, where it clearly shows the closing time as 2:00 AM. I called around 1:40 AM to place an order — well within the listed hours — but the girl who answered the phone rudely told me that they were no longer accepting any orders because the kitchen was closed. So mention or change the closing timing.
Good service and food was tasty too except salan was overly diluted.

We got the chicken fry piece and Hydrabad Dum biryanis. Both were thoroughly enjoyed by Vietnamese, Goan and Sri Lankan taste palates. Not too spicy (just the right amount of heat) and definitely flavourful.
Very grateful the food was ready for me. The Scarborough location has some seating, but it's more of a waiting area. Parking lot is busy.

Placed my order over the phone and had a very disappointing experience. The girl at the front counter was rude, disinterested and lacked the simplest courtesy. Basic customer service and etiquette were completely missing. If you don’t want to work, at least don’t take it out on customers and treat them like an inconvenience. This kind of behavior drives people away no matter how good the food is. Wont be coming back.

I used to visit this place often, but the girl on the counter is very rude, disrespectful, not interested in her job. She doesn’t respond or explain things properly on the phone, when in the store, gives a bad attitude. It’s a joke expecting customer service from this place. Not stepping in again to order food. Placed order on September 12th, the girl working in the evening staff, fix her attitude for god sake.

I placed an order through DoorDash at 1:15 AM and even called Biryaniwala expecting to get biryani—only to be told they don’t even have biryani available. I asked what dishes they did have, placed an order from what they said was available, and then they canceled that order too. To make it worse, they told me their kitchen closes at 1:30AM, even though their listed closing time is 2:00AM. This was unprofessional and really frustrating. If a restaurant can’t provide what’s on its menu or honor its own hours, it’s hard to trust them for future orders.

The food quality and taste has gone down a lot. I used to rave about this place as the best biryani in Toronto. My friends from downtown used to order from here, even after the other location opened.
Now my last order was a complete disappointment, taste was not even close to what it used to be.
I guess it's time to find a new best biryani spot

Staff doesn’t no the basic customer service. The girl on the phone was so rude and disinterested like she doesn’t want to me work! Pathetic service and not helpful at all
Bought paneer briyani and chicken dum briyani. Very average taste , gravy was like water. It’s food , why do the seller not care that people are eating what they serve.
