Want something quick and taste like home cooked food, chicken with rice, beef noodles, seafood noodles, curry dishes, Bong Lua is the Vietnamese restaurant that you should visit. Closed on Tuesday though. They prepare their soup daily. Run by family. Very friendly. Bon appetite 😋
Delicious authentic Vietnamese food. Price is reasonable. Family owned business, cozy simple restaurant. We always order Special Beef Noodles and Rice Wrap (#53). Very tasty. The soup is really good. It's also famous for its Crab Noodles but I don't eat crabs so never try it.
I would say the best bun rieu is at this location. They serve the soup with an actual side of a whole small crab and the broth is very flavorful. We really enjoyed the soup and the portion is quite generous!
Bun rieu is a tomato, crab, and pork noodle soup and not every Vietnamese restaurant makes it. It's great knowing there's an option in the east end for this kind of noodle soup!
