Tried to take advantage of their gift card promo. Paid for two $15 dollar gift cards, but they did not communicate that I had to buy one $30 gift card AFTER THE PURCHASE. Terrible communication, terrible service. Will never buy from this location again.
Edit after their response: if you see a customer ordering $30 worth of gift cards, why don't you say, "just wanted to let you know that this doesn't apply to the promo?" Honestly if a refund was possible I would have just taken my money elsewhere.

Most of the staff here are very friendly. My boyfriend and I are regulars here and the lady that worked on Dec. 6 made our favourite drink especially delicious that day. She also communicated to us regarding their gift card promo, which I appreciated.

Not being racist but brown short girl was working and she was very rude when i ask for a drink. She does not know how to talk with a costumer. Very unprofessional and untrained. I genuinely like there drink so thought might get one on the way home. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Unhappy with my drink. Usually I see them make it in front of me. But the one I got this time was not made in front of me. Instead poured from a jug and it didn't taste good. I felt it was diluted too....too watery. This is my regular drink and other places serve better quality.

My boyfriend is allergic to spinach and we ordered a wrap without spinach on a whole wheat tortilla shell, however we received one on a spinach tortilla.. then as we called the store the lady on the phone had the audacity to argue with us about his allergy and how he supposedly didn’t specify which tortilla he wanted? We don’t get that option on Uber. She mentioned that he did specifically say no spinach but she didn’t know he wouldn’t want it on a spinach tortilla. That makes zero sense whatsoever. Won’t be ordering from this location again and I suggest if you have food allergies you go to a different one as well.
