Stay away from the pizza at Boston Pizza.

Bought a pizza, it was burnt to a crisp!
I recently dined at Boston Pizza with my friends on February 28, between 7-9 PM. While the food and atmosphere were great, we had an uncomfortable experience with one of the staff members. The gentleman who handled our bill kept making jokes about us not having money and even commented on us supposedly wearing pajamas, suggesting we could just wash the dishes. While we understand humor can be part of the experience, this was inappropriate and made me feel uncomfortable. It’s important for all guests to feel respected and welcomed, and this behavior didn’t align with the otherwise positive atmosphere at Boston Pizza. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future customers.

I would come to Boston Pizza for pasta every time. The host was kind, patient, and took her time answering my questions about Pasta Tuesday. My mother loved the Jambalaya Fettuccine, and I enjoyed the Chicken Mushroom Fettuccine.
I’m glad they take halal options seriously. Unfortunately the food itself wasn’t too good. Probably won’t return. customer service was great

This was hands down one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. The food was absolutely terrible, and the service was beyond slow we waited 45 minutes just for fries! We also ordered wings, and they were a complete dry, unappetizing, and just plain awful.
To make matters worse, we weren’t the only ones disappointed. We could hear other tables around us complaining about the food too. Does the chef even bother to taste anything before sending it out? Because if they did, there’s no way this disaster would be served to paying customers. Absolutely unacceptable!
It's very very cold in here you think they would put heat for winter time, every worker was Indian which isn't a problem but pointing it out the server never visits table, asks if you need water, soft drink refill my burger bun was burnt, patty burnt and bacon burnt my wife order steak which was also burnt I only give a two because we didn't have reservations and they put us in quickly
Pretty good experience lovely hostess although well dining here to watch the Super Bowl we encountered a problem with our order we had the wings artichoke dip and the nachos we ordered the nachos with beef when the nachos came out they had no beef we brought this up to the waiter and he said they might not have had beef in the back and that he would check after checking he told us they just forgot to put it on instead of asking us if we still wanted a nachos with ground beef he just decided to not charge us for the beef we did not appreciate that as we would have liked the nachos how we ordered it and at least had a option to get the nachos we ordered as we would have taken the ground beef
